I had recently ordered online through Uber Eats and my order was never delivered because someone had just taken it. My husband ended up stoping by after and noticed they had online orders on a bench where anyone could just walk by and grab so they don’t have a safe method in place for orders like these. It’s bad enough that they wouldn’t take accountability for my order being taken by someone and they did not bother to re-make it even though I had been charged through uber and they kept sending drivers for the order but all the employees would say is that it had been taken already. By who? I have no idea.

Half of the time I place an pick up order, my order is not reay to be picked up. Worse, they aren’t even aware of my order and I have to let them know and only then will they start working on my order and I have to wait and they dob’t say a thing about me having to wait, like they don’t value my time. Then what’s the point of having online order.

Friendly service but I asked for double chicken and the lady serving me kept looking at the tall gentleman as if she was going to get in trouble for giving me the portion I paid for. Anyway, she gave me tiny chicken portions when I asked for double chicken. If I pay for double chicken, I’d like to get what I paid for. Idk if shift managers get on to them but the scoops I received only reflected 1 portion when I paid for 2.

These people are GREAT! My husband stopped by on way home at 9:55pm and asked for kids quesadilla. They didn't say “no we are closing in 5 minutes” They helped us out and made our food fresh and were super helpful and nice. I cannot even tell you how rare that is these days. Would give 10 stars!!!! Thank you!!!

The tortilla they used to wrap my burrito was Partially stale so crunchy, The front loaded the burrito all the meat was on one side, which wasn’t even a lot of meat and it was wrapped poorly
The quality of food at this location is completely different than other locations in a good way! This will be my new favorite location to visit when in the Plano/Richardson area.

It's always a pain. They don't know guac is free for veggie bowls or kids tacos, then ring stuff up all weird. Ask you questions just over complicating the process. Make things up like charging for salsa when its always a free add on. The food itself gets the job done, so I begrudgingly return; But its really getting old.

I've been to this location many times in person and received a good, to great order and service. Last night I ordered a burrito w/ queso & chips off UberEats and the saddest most pathetic looking burrito showed up. I requested a refund from UberEats but was denied. Waste of money! crossing this location off my list and maybe even Chipotle in general. I can pay $27 at any locally owned shop and receive a little more respect and gratitude than what I got last night.
