They always give the least amount of protein possible.
They’re even stingy about the rice. I’ve never seen someone put so little rice without having to ask for me.
Oftentimes their scoops of chicken don’t even fill the spoon. Their double chicken is equal to a normal amount of chicken and their singular serving of chicken is equal to how much a toddler would eat.

I had a pickup from this location that was done incorrectly - including forgetting my chips and guac. The supervisor Chelsea was not very helpful. She assumed I was lying and really the overall experience was subpar.
After I spoke with the store I called their customer service line and the rep I spoke with was helpful and gracious.

This location is a absolutely disgusting .i placed an order in uber eats . I paid extra portion for chicken and added every topping in it . 16$ was wht i paid for a burrito bowl and look at the picture below this is wt I have received.. didn't even touch it directly took a picture of it

Just a suggestion to the management. Greet your diners and take out guests when they enter the restaurant. Nothing is worse than having a short lunch break, walking in to a business to pick up your food, and not being acknowledged. The takeout employees are particularly bad about this at this location. I wish you had a shelf like many other locations, so this wasn't a problem. But if I'm forced to interact with the employee, the employee should acknowledge the people who are waiting for their food ESPECIALLY if the food is done, packaged, stickered, and sitting on the prep line. The customer service is non-existent. I don't need anyone to sprinkle rose petals on the floor for us, but jeez... be human and acknowledge us.

This Chipotle is hit and miss. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s fresh, last night it was hideous. Not fresh. We ordered 3 bowls and it tasted like the food was frozen and reheated in the microwave. Very disappointing. What happened to people that took pride in their work? People who took pride in the quality of their food. Those days are long gone. Inconsistency is a good way to lose my business.

Used to come here a few years ago I came back because I know they cook the food really well, the lady at the front was very rude no friendly at all she barely pour any protein to my plate, I’m upset because I came with my mom and they did the same to her. Very poor service. This location used to be great.
Youre telling me i walk into the store its not busy no line lots of food just sitting to get a half ass bowl w half a scoop of rice half scoop of meat and a depressing looking ass bowl whoever the indian / mexican lady working the line serving poor customer service has to go effective immediately 🤦🏾♂️

Walked out after having to beg for 8 ounces of chicken. Chipotle claims a single scoop is 4 ounces. I asked for double chicken and the chick manning the protein skimped me so hard. Maybe had 5 ounces in the bowl. looked at her and said “can I get some more chicken?” She then proceeds to put 2 tiny cubes of chicken in my bowl, to bring the grand total to 5.3 ounces. I looked at her and said “can I please get some more chicken? You guys are supposed to give 4 ounces per scoop, and I asked for double.” She looked over to her coworker and waved him over. Asked him “can I give him some more”. The coworker said “yes, give him some more” she then, again skimps the hell out of me and gave me 2 more cubes, and at this point I said “thank you but I’m gonna go somewhere else.” Normalize walking out mid bowl when these people try to skimp you. It’s out of pure laziness, they simply don’t want to cook more protein once the current tray runs out. Go to El Queso instead. Family owned business and they don’t skimp.
