Not a fan of this location. The employees come across rude, and the one time I spoke with the store manager, that conversation didn’t leave a great impression either. They also really skimp on portions. I go to a lot of Chipotles, including two others near this one, and this location has consistently been the dud.

Prices gone up but service gone down. Charge extra for sides but only fill the cup half way. I see employees charging themselves for a kids quesadilla while getting a bowl with double steak. Honestly double standards. Same employees are stingy on your portions (half a scoop and even tapping that on the counter so more will fall off), acting like it’s coming out of their paycheck. Then if you ask for appropriate portions they “offer” to charge you double say “that’s enough for a bowl” or disrespectful put one more piece of protein/bean etc in your bowl.
Maybe give atleast what you advertise! Uncleanliness/disgusting as well. Wiping counters with the same gloves they’re making your bowls.

We went with my husband to buy a burrito at 9:30 pm and the girl told us they don’t have flour tortillas and couldn’t help us, and also she had a bad attitude. We wouldn’t go there anymore. Very disappointed.

Place is busy and it can take a little bit longer to get your food. But I haven’t had an issue with getting my food.
There was a review by Awad Rashid recently and it’s really rude. The staff might be minorities but they always treated me well.

Food is good. At times inconsistent. My confusion is this. There's no charge for extra meat or multiple meat combinations. However there is a charge if you want a tortilla on the side. Double portions free... make your own burrito extra...
My entire order that was delivered was completely wrong. Uber needs to ban this location. My entire bowl had no barbacoa and my quesadilla had no sides. This was a meal for two by the way. I'm requesting a refund immediately. Not to mention they tried to hide the theft of food with lettuce on top. Corporate needs to look into the management of this location. If it wasn't for Uber I would have never chosen this one for my delivery.
