Chipotle Mexican Grill

I do frequent this location but as with most Chipotle locations they vary considerably on portions for things like protein and guacamole. I know it is challenging, but sometimes it is well adjusted and other times I have felt like they are cutting corners. It is more the former than the latter, so I do continue to come back. If they increase the prices any more though it will become a place where I once ate because I cannot justify paying $18+ for their salad bowl.

Food and service were decent but the restaurant was filthy. Had to use some wet napkins to clean off a table. I’m not likely to return.

We came in on a Saturday at 3pm. The place was dead, but FILTHY. Workers are standing around, meanwhile, we're having to clean off a table top just to sit. The trash is overflowing. Icky.

Maybe the best location Ive been do. Other locations should tour here for training. Friendly staff and consistent portions that are worth the prices being charged.

To start this off, this is one of my favorite Chipotle’s. It’s near my job and the customer service is always great. Well, today I was in line ordering my food and their system went down. They were only doing online orders and cash. I decided to order online while I was in line. I ordered a brisket & chicken bowl, half and half. If you are ordering online, “half & half” is not an option. The white lady that was orchestrating everything got upset with me because I selected chicken for my order. I said “you need to select what you ordered”, but “half & half” chicken and brisket was not an opinion. She then AGGRESSIVELY put my bowl and my vinaigrettes in the bag, slid it to me, said have a nice day, and stormed off. That was my first time ever encountering someone with such negative energy and I believe she was the manager. I’m not sure if she was upset because the system had just went out or if she was just simply having a bad day. Whatever it was, no one should be treated the way that I was treated today. That was completely unprofessional, especially with her being a manager.

Very Rude employees, the portion they were serving was very little. The employees doesn’t even care about customers, felt they are rude.

Their phone system sucks. I’m trying to call them to see if they’re open and the robot won’t let me speak to a human.

We had a good lunch today. The rice was cooked to perfection unlike other places where the core is still uncooked. Veggies grilled properly and chicken was juicy tender. Free garaged parking is behind the stores.

Me and a friend came here for lunch. We came in and the employees were busy with mobile orders, so we weren’t helped for a few minutes. When we were the employee was nice, and put good portions in the bowl. My only complaint was while eating it later, I discover 2 thick, black, long (what i am assuming are beard hairs) in my bowl. I know this wasn’t mine as I do not have a beard, and the hair was much too short to be my own. Very disappointing.

I came to eat at 7:45pm and they no longer had drinks, all the juices and teas already thrown away, running to clean and leave and the closing time is 10pm

The old lady could be polite, it wasn’t so crowded to be so hurrying.
I came for the food which was amazing though as usual.
The other guys are really nice.
