I frequently order from this location. I have never had any issues or complaints. My order is always ready in time and I usually order in peak hours when the lunch crowd is in there. The only time my order was not on the pickup shelf, was because my order was taken by someone else. After I made an employee aware, they prepared my order very quick. Definitely my favorite location

Usual and expected food quality like any other chipotle.
Asked the guy helping with my food about the new item on the menu as what it is, and the response is stone cold ‘I don’t know’.
My problem with that response:
1. Not that you carry 100 items and I’m asking you 97th option. It’s a new offering and you expect you to know
2. Did not even make effort to ask anyone around as to what it is. There wasn’t anyone in front or behind me to say they are busy and no time for ‘service’

Rice isn't cooked very well (it's kind of hard) and has too much lime juice. I asked for a little of one topping and they gave me one and a half scoops. They didn't heat the tortillas all the way. The person doing the burrito fold did it wrong, so stuff was pouring out when you unwrap it and the outside of the tortilla is wet with salsa. This happened on two separate occasions, I'm never going back to this location.

Cmon guys what are we doing here, it’s 7:30 the chipotle closes at 10pm. We can’t be having the trash build up like this, also the tables were not clean aswell. Not posting to be a hater just want things to improve.

this has been the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. Order for delivery. This restaurant got my order at 5:14pm. Expected delivery at 5:58pm. Went through at least 7 delivery drivers..all give up the order because the order was not ready. At 6:58pm, the order was still not ready. Finally got someone from Chipotle customer care team to void the order and got my refund. NEVER order from this location again for sure. And I am not sure if I would even go to this location in person.

Worst Chipotle ever! They fill the bowl with rice and beans and sprinkle everything else. I had to visit another place right after I ate there! Save your money and go some where else! Never coming back and never going to Chipotle!
