yo big dawg working the pick up today, you good? normally this location has great portion sizes but on my mothers soul this is what i got today during my lunch break at work🤣 (see picture, i did not take a bite of the food, received barely 1/3rd a bowl) kinda disrespectful tbh, i can count the pieces of chicken i got nearly on one hand, ill think twice before coming here now

I ordered a burrito bowl and two drinks through the app for delivery because I couldn’t leave work during lunch. When the order arrived, the DoorDash driver handed me the bag, but it felt unusually light. I opened it and saw that neither the Coke nor the Izze was included. I asked the driver where the drinks were, and she replied, ā€œI have no idea—this is all Chipotle gave me.ā€

I explained that I couldn’t leave work and was relying on her to deliver both my food and drinks, but she told me to ā€œcall the store.ā€ I contacted Chipotle, and they instructed me to call DoorDash. When I went back to the app, I was routed to a bot named Pepper instead of a real person. After getting nowhere with the back-and-forth, I finally called my credit card company.

To make matters worse, there was no silverware included, even though I always request it through the app, so I had to eat with my hands. The people working here are cold and unhelpful. Hungry, thirsty, and frustrated then having to eat with my hands—an experience I won’t forget anytime soon.

It's a chain restaurant so the quality is what you would expect. It was slow there so when we walked in, every single employee was in their phones. It took them a bit to notice we were there to get service. Every table was dirty so I had to wipe one of them so we could eat there. Hopefully that's a one time deal, otherwise I would have to go back to the one on 75

This Chipotle on Spring Creek is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to! The food is always fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served in generous portions. Everything tastes just right — from the rice and beans to the meats and toppings. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and the staff take the time to make sure your order is exactly how you want it.

The restaurant is super clean and well-run, with a friendly and efficient team that keeps things moving even during busy hours. The vibe here is positive and organized, which really sets it apart from other locations.

If you love Chipotle, this is the one to go to — consistently excellent in every way. Five stars without a doubt!

On 9/5/25, I placed a ToGo order for pickup for my office place. I ordered 4 meals and one drink (a Topo Chico). Unfortunately, the portion sizes of the 2 burritos were extremely small and the drink was not included in the bag upon pickup. I immediately called the restaurant and was referred to the Chipotle customer service email. I did hear back from a representative that informed me a BOGO offer was added to my profile, which I was happy to receive. Upon logging into my chipotle account, I did NOT receive the BOGO offer. I then sent a follow up email along with 2 other follow up emails throughout last week regarding this issue with no response. I’ve decided to post here as a last ditch attempt to get this issue resolved.
