Walked in wasn’t greeted, walked up to order girl in the front is staring off into space didn’t acknowledge me until her coworker snapped her out of it then proceeded to still not greet me and hurried me up the line. She acted like me walking in there was an inconvenience to her. 0 customer service from everyone there. Won’t be going back to this location

Slow staff. Fully staffed and they lack in a lot of areas. When it was my turn to order they were out of a lot of stuff, and I obviously had to keep telling them to bring out more. Like no motivation. This location stays busy. I will never return here. I will make the extra drive to another location. Management needs to do some training with them if they want to keep this location open.

The worst Chipotle ever! My pick up order (that I picked up on time) was cold and I had no chicken in my bowl. The employee that handed me my order walked up on her phone and didn’t look up the entire time. I get things can happen when it’s busy but I was the only pick up order and only customer.

I love chipotle and I have been to many different locations. This location has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. My son and I walked in and it was not during lunch hour so there was only 1 person in front of us and no other customers in the restaurant. The guy and girl working at the front stood there and gossiped for at least 7 minutes about another employee while we waited for them to take our order. They both acted like we were not there. I was looking directly at them the entire time. Finally another employee came from the back and took our order. The 2 employees that were gossiping tend to work the same shift together because I have been here multiple times and had similar experiences with them. They are very rude and don’t take their job serious. As a Manager myself, I find this to be a complete lack of training and an embarrassment to your business as well as a liability.

They are still at it. I had a BOGO and placed an online order. The bowl hardly had any meat! I wish I could take back my tip. My 2 stars are for the steak quesadilla. Luckily, that was satisfying.

$9 for a bowl and the rice was severely undercooked, I couldn’t even finish the bowl the rice was so crunchy.

This was my last time eating at chipotle first I told the cashier that all the tables are dirty he tells me we can’t do anything because we’re just 2 people but there’s like 7 people in the back running around I let that go I sit and eat my food and as I’m eating my food I look and I see this bug running around in my food and this is why keeping a restaurant clean is important you don’t keep it clean insects will build up in really disgusted like genuinely hope I don’t get sick.
