The steak burrito was good. The beef was good quality. However, the AC was way too cold. The chairs were very uncomfortable.

Thanks for giving me bad service and giving me a few pieces of meat( the person before me got more pieces). I will stay away from the store, and I will never eat Chipotle. Service and attitude were bad.
I hide the host name because it's company fault.

What a pleasant experience!! The Chipotle restaurants near my home are a dumpster fire compared to this one.... Friendly staff, everything is clean, and the food was perfectly prepared. PERFECT CHIPOTLE 👌
I will travel the 30 minutes, past 3 other locations, to come to this one.

Today is 1/28/25...Serving sizes are again "very small" for very large prices charged!! Food is very "wet" and drippy! Servers not handling food properly, instead of wiping up spilled food from prep counter, they "scoot" or brush it back into the food tins on the food line!! 😬 No cleanup or wiping towels in site on serving line... just gloved hands! Veggies are not cooked to doneness! Food tastes very tart and vinegary! This is my second complaint about this store located at 500 Springcreek Parkway, in Plano, Texas!

Parking: Lot is very small and hard to enter and exit! Only 3 handicapp spaces!

My husband and I visited this Chipotle on a Wednesday evening for dinner. The front line was a young group, so maybe that was the reason for poor customer service… But that should still never be the case. Two of the workers were talking to each other next to the cash register and did not acknowledge us as we stood in front of the food line waiting to be served. Finally, I asked, if they needed to get someone from the back to help us… Then she apologized and said she would help. We ordered 2 rice bowls. My husband asked for soft tortillas on the side. He received crunchy shells and reasked for soft ones. The young lady rolled her eyes, sighed, but gave the soft tortillas. I don’t know if she heated them up too long but when we sat down to eat they were so hard and we asked for some more.…a nicer lady help so I thought - No problem.

I went back in line a second time to buy a soda and a cup of water. I was charged $14 because she thought the order of food for the next person was mine. Explaining to her that the food wasn’t mine and I only had a soda took several minutes of going back and forth. She could not understand why the food was not mine.

We ate at the restaurant and couldn’t believe the food was not even warm. We weren’t super hungry and was planning to take it home anyway so we partially ate the cold food.

Later, one of the workers was fixing the front door (we think) and for 10 minutes the front door was wide open while she went back-and-forth to the kitchen to the front door to figure out how to fix it on a night that was 36°. It was a windy icebox in the restaurant for those 10 mins.

This location closes at 11 PM but at 9:18 PM one of the workers started breaking down the dining area… Putting the chairs on top of the table around us, emptying the tea containers, removing the nozzles from the soda dispenser. I asked if they were closing early and she said no.

I get Chipotle is not a fancy restaurant, but seems like these workers could do better. No consideration for customer service or customers in the eating area at all! We won’t be going back to this location.

This location runs like clockwork. They have every detail down to a a science and it's Chipotle so they always have tasty bowls and burritos that you can see them making it fresh in the back. Definitely one my favorite locations for one of my favorite chains.

My server was a guy named Wisdom he was polite but not attentive. I asked for double meat because he barely gave me any. He refused to correct this. I guess he doing meat patrol but when a customer asks for double and it looks like a single serving. Thats a problem! If I decide to go back I will not allow Wisdom to serve me. Periodt.

This has got to be the slowest Chipotle within a 20 mile radius. If you order online, expect a 20-30 minute delay for your order to be ready. This has happened to me several times over the past couple years. And when you order online, you only receive about half of what you pay for. This is the main reason I hate that you have to give a tip before you get service. This place can be a disgrace to that policy.

You will get sick if you eat here. PLEASE BE AWARE , NOT TAKING TEMPS AND JUST CHECKING OF THERE BOOKS TO LOOK GOOD meanwhile I get sick go and let them know about uncooked rice n foodboorne Ilness and the staff did not care. Very rude and offer no apologies. As the fill out their log book Juan and pablo were un apologetic and rude .. Be warn you will get sick

Purchase two veggies bowls Togo and rice was not cooked fully so I can’t give them Tom my kids and I had to trashed both order entire dinner got ruined and I had to cook again try to contact store they did not pick up and customer supports is pathetic no one there to reply so food money both got wasted will not visit this location again

At here a couple of weeks ago, food was great. I actually got larger serving sizes than normal. Downside, the lady was short with me at the counter. Just killed with kindness and moved on. What was really strange was two begging children asking for money that came up to me and everyone else in the store.

I found that very strange for the area.
