The food quality seems to have gone down in recent years and seems to be served semi lukewarm.
Service seemed to be a bit slow, and the restaurant was absolutely freezing and a bit loud.

Great food never misses! They stacked the food this time which was surprising, and on top of that we got a side of free queso with our burrito and salad, which their queso is my favorite!
Unsure how this happened but there was a leaf in my bowl… absolutely disgusting I couldn’t finish my food and might not ever go to chipotle again after this

Chipotle is consistently a solid choice for a quick, filling, and customizable meal. The ingredients are always fresh, and the portions are generous, especially when you build your own bowl or burrito just the way you like it. The staff usually works fast and keeps the line moving even during rush hours, which I really appreciate.
The only reason this isn’t a five-star review is that the consistency can vary from visit to visit—sometimes the portions are smaller or the food isn’t as hot as it should be. Still, it’s dependable overall, and when they get everything right, it hits perfectly.

On the order, I asked for guacamole on my burrito and they failed to put it inside. I tried to call the store but only got a answering machine that told me they would send an email to me to find out what happened with my order. They emailed me and I told them what was missing. And they offered me a free guacamole on the side and placed it on my app. I don't order from Chipotle very often so that does me no good I would rather a refund, since they put a 30-day expiration date on that coupon This is unacceptable it is the second time it's happened.

Honey chicken tasted burnt. Me and my brother asked for sour cream on the side instead of in entree and they charged 3.20 extra. Only chipotle I’ve seen doing this. Idk if the worker was on a power trip. Would rather buy a whole tub from the grocery store at that point. Portions small, not worth the price at this chipotle. Asked to add more chicken as the scoop was less than half and they were hitting scoop against the counter to make more chicken fall off the scoop. When asked to put more he added ONE piece of chicken. Rather go to the one at shop of legacy or Parker and Preston
Save your money and your time and hit up another location instead!

Politely asked if they can cut my burrito in half and was told in a super rude fashion WE DONT CUT IT WE DONT HAVE A KNIFE !!! I guess they cut veggies and meat with their teeth and nails . The Asian cashier a male was a jerk get rid of him not good for your business.
This Chipotle is always ready with my pickup order in the Chipotlane. The burritos and burrito bowls are very good; I have never had any problems!

Stopped in for late lunch. Portions were good and tasty. Allowed my dog to sit with me on the outside patio. Always a plus to cater to the fur baby!

These are the type of chipotle I stay away from they don't give you your money's worth the lady that was serving on the line for lunch gave me about half a spoon of chicken and this was one of the smallest bowls I've gotten from a Chipotle. First time here and I honestly regret coming here.

This is the 3rd time we’ve gone to this chipotle where they give us stale chips and queso and when we ask for fresh ones, the staff catch an attitude. For $8, there is a minimum expectation that the bag of chips will be fresh.
