Went 45 minutes before closing to be told that they were out of every meat but 2 kinds and that more wouldn’t be made. The restaurant was full.

Ordered a veggie bowl through the mobile app for pickup, and once again, it did not disappoint! Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and that perfect balance of flavors—just what I was craving. The pickup process was smooth, and I was in and out in no time.

The restaurant itself has plenty of seating, which is great if you want to dine in. It was pretty busy for in-person orders, so I’d definitely recommend ordering ahead if you’re in a hurry. Overall, a consistently great experience—will be back for more!

I used to go to Chipotle quite a bit. I stopped going b/c they were cutting too many corners on the food (and this started yrs ago). I went to this one last wk and my experience w/ the food was the worst than before. I got the bowl w/ barbacoa. The barbacoa had big chucks of fat not to mention super small portion of meat. This is NOT the fault of the server, but of the mgmt probably under instruction from corporate to cut cost any way they can. Sad.

I love Chipotle but avoid this location if you can. So many bad experiences there, and when you bring it to their attention, they treat you like you made the mistake. Awful customer experience there, continually.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The old lady seemed bothered by our presence and acted as if serving us was a chore. When we asked questions about the menu, She responded impatiently, almost as if we were annoying her!

Out of all the chipotles I've been to, this one consistently gives the smallest amount of guacamole. Not worth the money. Skip it or go to another location.

It is very disappointing that chipotle is in the business of skimming on portion sizes. I got a steak option with extra chicken for my bowl and the combined weight for both protein was less than 1.5 oz.

they didn't tell me there was an upcharge for queso so when i saw there was i asked them to remake it. she made a stink face and just stared at me until i was like nevermind, it's fine

I have been to Chipotle many times this store seems better then most. I have never been unhappy but more meh. This particular store seemed better. The staff is friendly and the food tasted more flavorful.

i normally don’t leave reviews but this experience bothered me a little bit and the situation could’ve been avoidable so that’s what’s making me leave one. i came inside and ordered a burrito with chips. after i paid for my stuff i walked away with my bag and looked in to see i didn’t get my chips. my sister placed an online order so i just decided to ask for a bag of chips at the window when i pulled around because it was busy inside and the cashier & another employee were focused on the register that was having some issues. i got to the window and said i had a mobile order and showed the lady my receipt of me ordering chips & simply told her i didn’t get them with my burrito and off the bat she was so rude. i showed her my bag with just the burrito in it and there were dozens of bags of chips by the window she could’ve just given me one and i would’ve been on my way. but she walked away and came back with another woman who was also rude & was telling her about the situation which isn’t even that serious!! they were telling me i had to come inside to pick up the mobile order and get my chips, which i cannot wrap my head around because the order is sitting on the shelf next to the drive thru window where it’s going to be picked up?? but either way i came inside again to see the first woman i talked to talking to one of the men at the register about it, i told him what happened and he gave me my chips and mobile order.. thats all she had to do. i don’t even understand why she made it such a big deal.

The guy was trying to be sneaky and serve a small amount of chicken. Tried to act like if he was scooping more to just grab 2 more little pieces. When asked if could make it right and put just a little more he replied “ I can’t , I really can’t put more “. Absolutely not what you say to a customer. I walked out and left him with the chicken Chipotle seems to want to hold on to so dearly. Never will attempt to eat at any of their restaurants.
