i paid 17 dollars and this is how much portion they gave me, staff was okay lady patricia was kinda rude up front. didn't get greeted no smile no nothing. yes i wanted a side of guac and queso which is more and i don't mind paying extra?? but 17 for this is crazy. i came at 1:32pm 03/12/2024 ridiculous. very disappointed 17$ thrown in the trash, don't even want to eat anymore because how upset i am. my friend even came in the same time as me and she got free chips? and got more food than me it dosen't make sense update: went back kindly asked for a reimbursement or something.. the manager patricia was very rude & told me that i should've said something in the beginning since i ordered it in person but i didn't noticed very well til i got to work. don't come to this location rude people. this is for the management.. train your workers how to portion your food. i was a manager at a fast food to so i know what im talking about.

Why on earth is this chipotle so stingy , does the food come out of the employees pay stubs ???Why do I have to ask for more twice to get a regular portion.

I normally eat there for dinner, but popped in for an early lunch at about 1130. I always have a good experience but today the food was horrible today the beans was hard the rice was old and the chicken was old. I think they just served leftovers from the day before. So please store manager address this.

The portions place gives is nuts, although be sure to order in person. I always get a chicken bowl with 2 tortillas on the side, and the workers always make sure to top my bowl off when I request it, so I really leave with 2 meals (1 for now, 1 for later) all for just $10.

Brown rice and pinto beans were both undercooked, so the texture was bad. Chips were too salty and half were soggy! What is wrong with this place?!?

Every time I walk into this place the food looks like it’s been sitting out all day! Just went in there, and the food looks old and depleted. They don’t have rice, they don’t have steak, just close up shop if you don’t want to be there! Your food should have more integrity!

I got a chicken bowl with chips, hot salsa and a tortilla on the side and it was great! I would heavily recommend the tortilla as it adds so much to the bowl. At other chipotles I have been to they have skimped me out of food but at this location they piled up the food which will make this location my go to chipotle from now on. The one drawback in my bowl was the chicken as it lacked flavor and just felt like a protein source. I prefer the previous pollo asada to this which actually added flavor to the bowl. Also the hot salsa was significantly spicier than I have felt from previous times but I enjoyed the enhancement of spice a lot. The service was great as they let me sample some items I have never eaten before and the restaurant looked nice and clean when I went to order my food. This location specifically did a good job and is my new go to location!
