I didn't receive my queso to my chips and queso. My food was cold. There's stale chips mixed in with crispy chips. Chipotle has gone down hill so much in my opinion. I keep giving this places more chances and most ofnthe time my order is incomplete or low quality food!

I don’t know why they even bother putting a Chipotlane and offering online orders if all they’re going to do is skimp you on portions.

First time here at this location, very clean and they have the best customer service. They young men are courteous and attentive to your wants. Mrs.Davis at the register is a lovely lady working diligently and accommodating. Definitely recommend this location and coming back! :)

Due to its location amidst numerous businesses, corporate offices, and hospitals, this store manages to stay afloat. Otherwise, it would have shut down a long time ago because of its very own staff. They show no respect for the food, the customers, or even the very jobs that provide for them.
To the staff: if you dislike your work so much, just leave. You have no right to treat customers poorly or be exceedingly rude to everyone. You're in the food industry, so you must adapt to the busy atmosphere during peak hours. If you can't handle the pressure, simply resign.
