I swear if they put that huge spoon in only to empty 3/4th of it before putting food in my bowl im gonna go back there and put the food myself. The food is good but they act like their stock is running our and they need to ration.

Thought about checking it out as its a new one.
Food portions very skimpy, kind of sad as I used to love Chipotle but now they barely give you anything, cutting back on the high value items like meat big time… other fast food companies better worth the money now, this is the downfall of chipotle wall street penny pinching

I would have given negative stars if I could. I normally I am not one to put reviews but but my latest experience was beyond appalling.
I should have realized that if I had trouble with in-person orders, the online orders are worse. 1/3 of my bowl was empty. And it was with both my bowls. I spend over $15 per order and barely get 5 pieces of meat, 2 spoon of guacamole and I see only green. Count that in one hand - 5 pieces!!! Meaning I barely got $7 worth of a meal. Who is this incompetent owner? Who is this manager? Chipotle needs to do an audit of this location because they are not giving the customer their full order. I am so mad that they made this order the worst I have ever had with chipotle. I will think twice before placing an order here again.

Two bad experiences at this location. Accidentally put it on another location months back.
Portions are comedic. I've been to chipotles all over dfw and have not seen such stingy serving sizes. Its unfortunate this chipotle is a >5min drive. I shouldn't have to advocate for a reasonable portion nor do I. Paid extra this time and won't be back.
Edit: This also isn't the first time, but the portions were so pathetic that I actually had to pay to make sure I'd have a decent meal. Not to mention the only options for protein were carnitas and barbacoa. My chicken bowl cost $9.90. Paid upwards of 16 dollars today.
Another awful experience. I've already posted a review and refuse to go back, but the experience happened when a friend insisted on getting his food there. Told him it wasn't worth it he did not believe me.
We walk in not a hello or welcome. Proceed to wait at the beginning of the line no one is in the building. The workers dont acknowledge us at all and we wait. The worker in front of us finally ask if we had an online order... Then I am assuming the shift lead or manager comes from the drive through section and take care of us. The other worker then proceeded to sing the loud music they had blasting and go on his phone. You have a job and it is to serve customers if that isn't something you want to do it might be time to change jobs.

I ordered on the mobile app and said they didn’t receive an order. I asked them if there was anything they could do to get my money back since at this point it feels like it’s in limbo. The guy in the window was nice and said he was gonna grab his manager to see what I could do. No manager came to address anything. The guy just told me to call the number on the app. No food and now trying to see how I can get my money back.

Make the drive-through burritos as big as the in-store burritos, quit skimping on the guac and protein, have a better attitude, and you’ll get five stars.

The rice in my bowl was hard. Barbacoa was obviously old. It just didn’t taste good. Every time I have Chipotle it’s just okay
Extremely less quantity. Someone needs to tell them the bowl is supposed to be full. And it happened more than once bowl is literally half. Very disappointing

The people are relatively friendly, but I think the food handling practices could be more appropriate, i have to keep requesting that the staff wear fresh gloves after they have been working in other areas of the store and also cashier handling money transactions and then going to the food prep area
This is our second experience with this store. The white rice was so badly made and it was uncooked and we were not able to consume. Chipotle has lost its quality in recent days. There is no customer service and standards have become very low.
Wow I really should’ve read the negative reviews before I stopped here because they are 100% true. Never had this kind of experience at chipotle before. I added guac and extra meat but the portions they gave were pathetically small. Like I get the whole save on margins and it’s a business. But this is EMBARRASSING penny pinching. Look at the picture of my extra guacamole!! It’s literally 2 fork scoops. The extra meat you can’t see but it was just as bad. Staff look like they hate being there. Trash bins weren’t even set up inside. Who’s the owner of this location? Chipotle really needs to review this location because the manager is incompetent at best…
