Plano Chocolate Angel ONLY ONE TO MAINTAIN EXCELLENCE. PUT STRAWBERRIES BACK IN YOUR NANA'S Pretzl Salas just jello without it. Broc salad is fabulous. Too much mayo in chicken Salas last time.

It was just okay. My sandwich was not hot and it was suppose to be. I asked them if they could heat it up and it came back out the same temperature. The food also took an insanely long time for a casual sandwich place.

My mom and I have been coming to this place for years. Great service and food. However , when you start charging for 1 extra dressing @ 75 cents I’ll just find another place. Even the finest restaurants don’t do this. Rethink your strategy and quit bring so chincy about dressing.

Loved the tea room!! Such a unique experience being inside an antique store and feeling like you’re submerged in the past. Recommended!!

My daughter and I had lunch at Chocolate Angel Café after antiquing in the same building, and we were pleasantly surprised! The food was tasty and affordable, the fudge pie was a sweet treat, and the service was really good, too. Cozy spot with a charming vibe.

My daughter and her nana go to high tea every year for a mother's day/birthday event. She chose chocolate angel this year. She loved the mini quiches and the desserts. They had an amazing time and will definitely go back for tea again!

This is my favorite Tea spot near Dallas! It's incredible affordable and everything tastes great and looks great too! The staff are always so nice as well! I always get the chocolate angel tea sampler, the sandwiches are very good and fresh tasting, the tomato soup is always good, very creamy. If you are looking for an affordable tea service, you need to visit this spot. The vibe is amazing since you can walk around after you eat and look at all the pretty vintage pieces. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Went on Mother’s Day weekend and had a very poor experience. Upon arrival we were immediately told that we had to be out and finished in 75 minutes. When I booked online it clearly stated that our party would have 2 hours. When we didn’t leave fast enough, they sent someone to interrupt our Mother’s Day lunch and get us to leave. DO NOT COME HERE!

I’ve been coming to the chocolate angel for years, both locations, the one in Plano and the one in Richardson, but I must say the food is much better at the one in Richardson than the one in Plano. I was there last Saturday and the Saturday before the one in Richardson for my birthday, and I must say the Plano tea room The chicken salad was not good. The broccoli salad was very mushy and salty and the pasta salad was very salty also so I think we will be returning to the tea room in Richardson. Enjoy it there much more. . We are disappointed every time with the food at the Plano tea room unfortunately

This place is so cute! Love that the actual restaurant is surrounded by the antique shop it’s located in. My friend and I came here for lunch; we got the tea sandwich sampler and it is so good! Plus hot tea to share, just perfect! We will definitely be back for the afternoon tea experience!
