First and foremost, this establishment is not well-suited for children ages 10 and older. I would recommend it primarily for infants and very young children. Additionally, the service was slower than expected; our order of a single pizza and six wings took approximately 40 minutes to arrive. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

Haven't been to this place in over 20 years and was looking forward to attending a birthday party there. Here's what they do well: party management. They did an incredible job! What gets them a 3-star review is the lack of maintenance in the women's restroom. One toilet was stopped up with lots of paper towels, another was full of toilet tissue, both of which just needed to be flushed had someone been checking on the restroom. The biggest was the absence of soap in both of the dispensers. Not having soap for germy kids and adults to wash their hands with is unacceptable, especially when there is no hot water! I recommend they assign an employee to care for the restroom on an 1-2 hour basis, depending on how crowded & busy the restaurant is.

Absolutely love this place. We had to get a membership. “Games and pizza” Is my toddlers favorite phrase. We have not had this locations pizza but i think it’s the smell of the pizza and the games that makes him so happy to go

Great birthday party they have nice specials the pizza was good 99$ for 6 kids unlimited play for 2 hours and drinks Carmen one of the mangers and hazel one of the employees were very courteous we will be back thank you so much

Had a birthday party here and we got the basic package, we didn't know we wouldn't be able to receive any plates or anything with our party. That was disappointing to figure out on short notice, they don't mention it in the package you purchase. Also wish we were able to pause the play passes when we're doing the cake and the ticket blaster, we wasted alot of time waiting for them to finish the show and for other parties to have a turn in the ticket blaster. Of course this is only a parent's point of view, the kids love going to chuckie cheese everything. Never gets old.
They have ruined the games and playplace (they try to make you buy special socks or they won't let you in)

The old chuckle cheese pizza is gone. Thin crappy pizza , microwaved wings (gross) and salad bar (cheap ingredients). Overpriced food, charged for games and even trampoline/playground. We will not come back sad to say it’s not what it use to be in the old days.

What a disaster of a day! Talk about worst customer service. Enrique at the Plano lactic has no customer service at all. I had a silver pass of course he couldn't find it. So I purchased 2 cards with 60 points each. I am sure he was frustrated with me so on my little guys card he didn't put points. He put minutes. Thanks for nothing Enrique! You need to find a different job where there arent kids because you customer service is very much lacking. Thank goodness your manager is awesome cause she made up for how bad you were!
