Hello. I had a really bad experience at this location. What turned out to be fun for my daughter turned out horrible....we been to a lot of Chuck E. Cheese and never seen her upset how it was yesterday. First off the first thing that bothered me coming in was the employees was not saying excuse me kinda like walking past almost bumping into me & my children. Very inconsiderate. Two the main thing she wanted to get on was the trampoline thing in the back.. was told it cost 15.00 for some chuck e cheese socks just to play which is ridiculous. I can see 3 or 5.00 but 15.00 is pushing it..they don't even charge that much at a regular trampoline place.....so she didn't end up playing on it... thirdly, as I'm checking my receipt I notice a "hidden charge" on my receipt which was the coil wristband that was attached to the game card...I get it...it's useful HOWEVER I feel like they should still ask the customer if they would like to add a coil wristband to make it easier on keeping track of the game card instead they took it upon themselves to add that hidden charge on my receipt... after I realized it on my receipt I did inform somebody by the door.. explained to them & they had refunded the 2.00 back. And lastly most of the machines were broken. My son had informed the employees about it but it look like they didn't care and never came over to fix it...so my daughter didn't get credit for her play time. My daughter's experience was just horrible. The main thing she wanted to play was the trampoline at Chuck E. Cheese. Is there anyway I can get a refund for my bad experience if not the whole refund a partial refund would be great cause the experience at Chuck E. Cheese supposed to memorable for a child instead now she thinking all Chuck E. Cheese going to be similar like that. Can you please reach out to me so we can resolve this better thank you! I also emailed ya'll.

Super clean, well maintained and fun for the kids! We had a great experience.

there is a lack of staff, there is no one to attend to the checkouts to ask for food, or buy anything. in short, the care is very bad. Only 3 people to serve such a large premises.

By far one of the cleanest and well controlled Chuck E’ Cheese we’ve ever been to. Enrique was phenomenal at handling a situation with some unruly behavior from a group of kids and sanitary concerns regarding a kiddo running around with dirty pants from an overdue/overfilled diaper. All the equipment was Sanitized right then and there and our kiddo could get back to enjoying our trip to CEC’s. Very difficult to find indoor kids establishments that actually care about keeping the space clean and safe. A+++
Also the food is always great and salad bar is always fresh, definitely not what you expect from a kid’s establishment as parents! Win win!

What happened to Chuck E Cheese? This place is the infinite vacuum of money sucking. Play cards are now charged for. Pizza? Expect $25 for a large, with $2.59 per topping. Our server put ours in as stuffed crust with us wanting it for another $3.

You have two options for play time: by the minute, or by the game. If you do by the game, just know that each game yields about 20 seconds of play time. If you do play time, budget time for your food.

Some of the games give tickets! Most of them don't give the tickets they advertise!

This used to be a nostalgic thing we loved to do as a family, but the experience these days is atrocious.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was amazing! The kids had a blast, and the birthday girl said it was her best party ever. The staff was friendly and the food was great.

Just a heads-up: if you bring your own cake, don’t forget a lighter for the candles! We had to run to Walgreens next door for one. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this location!

Barely anyone there to help you. Staff can’t answer simple questions. Games don’t work properly either

The trampoline green sock thing is very annoying as a parent with two toddlers. I can’t justify paying $12 per child but also don’t want to keep going up and trying to explain why the adult keeps telling them no and watching them cry.

It was ok for a toddler afternoon. The trampoline should be part of the cost of the point you pay.
