Customer service was absolutely horrible. Not sure if it's because of the location and they are used to talking to people any way, but not good. The chicken were the SMALLEST pieces I have ever seen. On top of that it has zero flavor. I have never known church's chicken to not have flavor. I will contribute the lack of freshness due to no customers so the chicken is sitting under that light forever

This Church's Chicken is 7 miles from my home. It takes about 18-20 minutes one-way drive. Chicken I got no taste because there was salt missing plus the chick was hard. They are supposed to marinate the chicken in salt water for a certain time. No doubt it was sitting on the tray for a long time. Not 15 minutes, more than that. This is my 2nd time I went there. Sales associates were very unfriendly. They will not give any hot sauce or honey even though you buy many biscuits. I don't know why the management doesn't train their associates. I will not tolerate this type of associate in my business. My 1 star goes to the franchise management and Church's Chicken main office. No wonder why many Church's Chicken are closing in Texas.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. It is inside a convenience store (Gas Station)
It doesn't taste the same no matter where l go. I will not buy again.

This was probably my mistake. Going to a gas station/fast food. CHICKEN HALF COOKED....PERIOD. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

I bought a three-piece meal: one thigh and two legs. The two legs are smaller than half of my hand, the jalapeno cheese bombers are about the size of my thumb, and the biscuit is solid. I ordered it with the app and spent about $10-12 on this meal. My dad loves Church’s fried chicken, and I noticed the quality of this location has decreased super fast within these two months. We are sad.

Chicken was hot, fresh out of the fryer. The sides were fresh opposed to sitting in a warmer all day, their drinks were calibrated to perfection, great. The service was a little slow but the food... Made up for the wait. Everyone was nice and very friendly. Small with no seating but they had a drive thru and the food.... My mouth is still watering.
This is seriously the worst location I’ve been to. Don’t know how church’s allows them to use their name. I used to live in oak cliff and that location was much better. They somehow never have fresh chicken at this location and if you offer to wait for fresh then they get mad. Also nobody there seems to speak English. Seems like a cash grab operation. I truly hope someone looks into this location. Better yet I hope it closes and a standalone opens somewhere else in Plano.

I've had good experiences coming here for the most part. Chicken can be hit or miss because of the way they do things here. I don't understand the concept of them frying a whole bunch of chicken and letting it sit under the heat lamp for hours. ESPECIALLY the fried okra that one really doesn't make sense at all. It doesn't take long to fry Okra fresh to order. The only thing I know they make fresh to order is the Jalepeno cheese bombers. If you want your order made fresh, I suggest you go up there right when they open other wise you may get dry hard chicken like I did a couple times.
Not trying to knock their business but the chicken was woefully bland. Like completely devoid of all flavor bland. It was fresh juicy and very crispy but none of that made it taste like anything at all. On the other hand the food left a foul fart smell everywhere it landed which to me just says they’re not very clean in there since it was a rather unnatural smell not like cheese or broccoli which smell gassy
