Chicken didn’t have the same Church’s flavor, and was overdone and seemed almost like the oil was old. We ordered large fries and they only filled the bag a 1/4 of the way and biscuits were good but slightly dry.

The food here at this church is not up to normal churches standards if it's a franchise do not go here because they do not spend the money to make it the way the industry standard is it doesn't have any seasoning in the codeine or was the chicken brine as it should be very dissatisfied sorry for the bad review but I can't say anything good about it only the service was okay but that will not make up for the poor taste of this food 😞

Bland chicken. Absolutely no seasoning whatsoever! Then it’s old! Church’s Chicken in a gas station, choose wisely and keep driving.

Chicken wasn't spicy enough in my opinion but it was crispy and good and better than KFC chicken, fries weren't that salty but were still enjoyable

Food tasted old. Biscuits were hard. My fried okra tasted old and nasty. I've been to multiple church's chickens but this is by far the worst location. Couldn't even finish food what a waste of money

We went in to this restaurant and ordered a 10 piece chicken tender family meal but it was after 830pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm. The person working ended up giving us about 20 tenders, two containers of mashed potatoes, one white gravy, and one brown gravy. Everything was great at first. But when dipping the chicken tender into the white gravy there was some sort of chemical evaporation flavor on my tongue that tasted like chloraseptic or something. The white gravy smelled like chemicals. The brown gravy also smelled like chemicals and rot. I have no idea what they did to the gravy or how it’s made but I had to spit my food out and the person I was eating with had to throw up. I’m not sure if they didn’t rinse out a cleaning agent in the food bins or if someone put some sort of chemical/poison in the gravy to intentionally poison people. I could not identify the smell or taste. We had about two tenders each and had to throw away the food. We tried calling the restaurant to report but no one picked up.

Do not eat here, both the white and brown gravy smelled and tasted as if it had chemicals in it. Not sure if the cleaning process is subpar or otherwise but unless you want to throw up all over your car. DO NOT EAT HERE. -5/5 stars

Wow, Your chicken has sure gone downhill. No flavor, dry, no meat , small portions. I used to love your food! What happened?

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Not sure if it's because of the location and they are used to talking to people any way, but not good. The chicken were the SMALLEST pieces I have ever seen. On top of that it has zero flavor. I have never known church's chicken to not have flavor. I will contribute the lack of freshness due to no customers so the chicken is sitting under that light forever

This Church's Chicken is 7 miles from my home. It takes about 18-20 minutes one-way drive. Chicken I got no taste because there was salt missing plus the chick was hard. They are supposed to marinate the chicken in salt water for a certain time.
No doubt it was sitting on the tray for a long time. Not 15 minutes, more than that.
This is my 2nd time I went there. Sales associates were very unfriendly. They will not give any hot sauce or honey even though you buy many biscuits.
I don't know why the management doesn't train their associates. I will not tolerate this type of associate in my business. My 1 star goes to the franchise management and Church's Chicken main office. No wonder why many Church's Chicken are closing in Texas.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.
It is inside a convenience store (Gas Station)
