From where I live there's no church's...stop by Plano since I was in the area and decided to go to church's chicken...me and my friend was disappointed cause I had ordered spicy 10 piece but it didn't taste like spicy nor seasoned... tasted plain therefore I didn't get to enjoy the real tasting of church's.... very very bad experience!

They ran out of fries, one of my oversized drumsticks was undercooked and was still bleeding, my honey biscuit was not fresh at all, and those mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like they came straight from a can. I was thoroughly disappointed and pissed off.

Went to pick up some chicken on lunch break for me and a friend. I got the 3 piece tender meal 1 of my tenders was literally empty it was just fried chicken skin and the other two were tough and dry. My friends 3 piece chicken still had feathers on it. I also ordered tea that was so old I had to dump it out and go somewhere else. Not okay I will NEVER be back. Find another locations don’t go here!!
