I assume since this location is not that busy they don't make plenty of fresh pizza coming out the oven. They didn't have much variety. Plus the pizza looked like it had been sitting there for a while. Place is small. Super friendly staff.

Took my 3 kids and they told me I had to get an adult buffet if I wanted to enter with my kids. We left and went to the one on Coit with zero problems. I don’t even eat pizza, but they wanted me to pay for a meal I wasn’t going to eat. I go to Cicis for my kids, not me. Do t go to this one!

Quality and quantity lacking
Never more than 4 pizza options on the line (pepperoni, Alfredo, spinach, and what I think was sausage)
Salad - pathetically wilted lettuce, giant onion slices, and olives were the only options

It was an okay experience overall. The place wasn’t that clean, and there weren’t many options that didn’t have pork, which was kind of disappointing. The pizza that was available was just alright — nothing special but not terrible either. The best part was the arcade; it added a fun touch and made the visit a little more enjoyable. Not the best Cicis I’ve been to, but it wasn’t that bad — it was cool for what it was.

Not a good pick for pizza or pasta I have received a white crust pizza with no flavours also there pasta is just very simple store brought sauce & just stir in Bake pasta .

The food was great but there weren't any brownies. There isn't enough staff so we had to wait a very long time for the food. The worst thing by far was the the floor - it was so dirty and there were pizza slices on the floor so you have to play a game of the floor is lava. Receipt printer isn't good either - can't even read the reciept.
