The older caucasian slim guy with glasses that was at the cash register today 12/6/24 @ about 1:40pm is extremely rude. We won't be back.

Hell I went to all cici pizza and they the worst out of every place no they pizza wasn't good at all I find Mexican hair & spit in my slice pepperoni pizza they do not wear hair net after I ate couple of slices the Mexican lady & man who make the food kept giving me a evil eye look the whole time it was giving prejudice vibes the 2 Mexicans ladies one clean up and the other serves ppl was talking in Spanish about what they did to my food I felt uncomfortable be honest the food was gross old burned & sloppy they ran out of pizza and they take their time making it u can tell they food been out for few days dont recommend noone come here they got an attitude I already felt the energy from them when by time I walked in I waste my money for eating there nasty food but never eat at that dirty place nomore 😡

Disgusting. Food all over the floor. Dirty tables. Random plates and napkins strewn on the buffet. Pizza was old and the fresh pizza was overcooked. Staff was not cordial. First and last visit.

Received amazing customer service from the staff. Wish I got the gentleman’s name up front but he deserves a raise. He went absolutely above and beyond in fulfilling my order requests as I came in close to closing time. Props to the cook as well for a delicious custom pizza. Will definitely keep supporting this location even though it is out of my way. Food and service is SUPERB!

Went in on Tuesday evening. The manager who was at the front is so kind and respectful. Shows great customer service and they have pizza hot and readily available. Manager deserves a raise!

Wouldn't honor the $4.99 coupon deal for Mondays and Tuesdays. Why have the coupon up on the website if you won't accept it? Bathroom was also completely blocked off for both women and men. This place has really gone downhill.

Confused. The buffet was tiny. Like 4 kinds to choose from. Each pizza was the size of a small pizza with 6 slices to a pie. Had to wait forever for fresh pizza. I physically had to throw away all of the dry old pizza before they would make more.
Dont believe that I will come back here. Not at $12 each for a buffet that is old, dry, and small. Employees seemed to be very unhappy.
