Very community focused. You should go here based on the fact that they have been supporting Plano high school band for over 20 years. This shows strength in character and their true quality. There are so few places now that are willing to invest in the local people. I will support this all day long and I hope you will too.

They lied about not having a regular drink option and claimed that the smaller cups are only for water. Despite their menu stating that there is a regular-sized drink, I’ve been told that there isn’t one! Reading through other reviews reveals a pattern of their willingness to lie for an extra $0.50. I will never visit this location, not because of the $0.50, but because I don’t like to be deceived.

I've been to many cicis and this place is nice and clean however the staff seems to only make the easy-to-make pizzas and doesn't revolve the other types of pizza for variety, at least for the later half of the day.

I like this place, the customer service ppl is so 👌 nice and kind pizza 🍕 was good you know tasty 😋 aslo mini rolls pepperoni & jalapeño, the only thing is i was planning to eat in there but they charge kind of an other amount just to dinning in, I mean yes I could have done it 😉 but I was in rush, so here is an other place to come in family and enjoy the service and pizza, plus they have games.
Took my son and his friend for his 11th birthday. Place was very clean & the pizza was fresh! Just like I remembered from the 90s. Thanks CiCi's!

I had to downgrade my 5 star review to a 1 star because of my recent experience. I was waiting at the kiosk for like 5 minutes waiting for someone to charge me. I literally told my girl's to go eat while I wait. But they couldn't eat because there was no pizza or pasta. Once people complained they finally got off their phones and started making pizza but then nobody came over to remove our stacked up plates! Poor service this place has gone downhill and the pizza isn't even that good anymore. Nothing but oil!

Terrible experience today (07/20). The A/C was broken (not staff fault)., The staff completely ignored me while I stood at the counter. The restaurant wasn’t even half full, yet it took forever for them to bring out pizzas. I requested Alfredo pizza when I arrived, and 30 minutes later,I stan up and ask the guy on front .He ran to the back and the pizza was sitting there. I also ordered a pizza to go, which was later refunded because they forgot to make it. The person at the front register seemed completely lost in space. This is by far the worst location.Very disappointed with the service—unorganized and inattentive staff.

We loved this place for a long time. Always had a good memory in Cisis pizza with our family. That day, when customers were asking for $4.99 pizza, the manager was asking for a coupon.He didn't explain how we could get the coupon. I saw some customers leave the restaurant when they heard that. When I found the coupon on Facebook withe code he didn't know how to use it. After a few times of trying, he finally called his manager to find out. It's very nice to spend more time training an employee. Then losing the customers...
