The staff are genuinely welcoming to customers—they’re excited to see us walk through their doors, no matter whether it’s a To-go order or a For-here order. Cliff Coffee’s “coffee” is really good, bold, smooth, and daring (strength without being over barring). They literally have a little something for everyone’s tastebuds… from coffee to signature drinks, from pastry’s to tacos, from ice cream to affogato….. the service here is phenomenally charming and caring, the decor is warm welcoming and aesthetically pleasing, this place has a level of decadence, charm, and quality that says “sip, sit, and stay awhile”. I enjoy every visit and honestly it’s been a pick me up to get me out of the house lately, my lady describes the vibes here similar to the theme song of cheers, because you want to go to where they don’t just call your name, but know it—and this establishment gets that! 👏 Bravo! Plus—I had their new breakfast taco and bacon egg and cheese sandwich this morning they were so delicious and hot, that I could not go another moment without letting the entire team know how much they are appreciated publicly. Thanks Cliff Coffee for giving us something special to be stirred up about here in Plano! ☕️ I would have added pictures but, I was too busy eating it to grab my phone. Sorry 😞 —next time! If your into seasonal signature drinks right now— I’d recommend “Calamity Jane” if you’re ice cold with it like frosty ☃️, or dress it down and keep it warm with the “Trail Boss” this winter🏂.

Would definitely come again!! Amazing ice cream and sorbet, both the regular and oatmilk cortados were fantastic. The service was friendly, and the throwback western atmosphere was a great touch. Can't wait to come back!

My wife and I had heard good things about Cliff Coffee so we decided to check it out for ourselves.
Conveniently located right off of Spring Creek in Assembly Park, they offer everything you could want from a coffee shop. The menu is extensive, and the baristas are knowledgeable and friendly.
I tried the tumbleweed from their seasonal menu and thought it was fantastic! Sweeter than my usual preference, it was a delightful brown sugar and caramel flavor that left me wanting more even after their generous serving size.
My wife ordered a cappuccino, and asked if she could get a bit of caramel or something when she tried it. They were very accommodating and made sure she got a coffee she loved!
Yes, they have a military discount.
Restrooms are available, and we're fairly clean, but are single occupancy men or women, so your mileage may vary on cleanliness during busy times.
Outdoor seating was lovely, indoor seating offers an eclectic selection of couches and chairs with background music that isn't overly intrusive.
Overall, if you're a fan of coffee and find yourself in the area, I highly recommend a departure from the usual corporate chains. Definitely give Cliff Coffee a try!

A true third wave joint. Serving up Lemma at the moment, cortado was the right temp, milk was sweet, and espresso was full bodied, sweet, and the notes were distinguishable. I love the vibes. They have a great western/new Mexico rustic feel. Barista’s were warm and friendly! It’s modern, but still inviting and bright. Reminded me of onyx hq in some ways. Will definitely come again!
