I placed the bouquet on the floor of my back seat so that it could be secure on my drive home. When i went to take the bouquet inside my house, the Happy Birthday cookie fell completely off and landed at the bottom of the bouquet. It did not break, it simply fell off as if the stick was not securely placed. Cookies are not fresh! Taste Horrible! Got as a gift, told them to get their money back! Yuck!
Paid for overnight delivery when ordering on a Sunday, guaranteed delivery no later than Wednesday...it’s Thursday (Christmas Eve) and no delivery yet. I called and was told they couldn’t help and that corporate is closed today. So glad I wasted over $100.
