Corner Bakery in Plano is a solid choice for a casual breakfast or brunch. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. The highlight of my visit was definitely the pancakes—light, fluffy, and full of flavor! They’re some of the best I’ve had, with just the right amount of sweetness and texture. Whether you top them with fresh fruit or stick with classic syrup and butter, you can’t go wrong.
