Is the food court even going to be reopening? I feel like I need to take a shit every time I go in and they changed the date for the reopening.

The chicken bake was still completely open on the bottom, so all the liquid just came out, on top of it being soggy. Fresh out the oven. I didn't understand that. Pizza was just as good as normal.
The lady working however, sat my 2 slices on the counter for 10 minutes (no exaggeration) and routinely would go over it, sweat on it, wipe her sweat away real close to it, on top of it just setting out getting cold for 10 minutes, she then gets a big attitude I asked for fresh slices (attitude as in letting out a huge sigh then openly complaining to her coworker, right in front of me, that I wanted a fresh slice). Idk. Maybe I'm used to other costcos.

It's a popular destination. There's almost always a line, and people eating at the tables. Call ahead for pizza, plus, they will customize it for you. There are great deals at the food court.

Terrible customer service at this location. I would not recommend shopping at this location…EVER! We always buy a lot at Costco and all the time we’ve been at any Costco location, we always check out at self checkout no matter how many items we got. We were approached by an associate right as we head to one of the open self checkout lanes and was told that we can’t check out there because we got too many items in our cart. She said they have a limit of 15 items. She then paused and changed it to 15-20 items as we asked if there was a policy change in the number of items we can have at self checkout. She couldn’t tell us if there was a policy change on the limit of items at self checkout but then proceeded to tell us that they don’t want us checking out because it’s when “mistakes happen”. It caught us off guard because we have NEVER experienced that before shopping at Costco. We told her that we have always check out ourselves and not wanting to go through regular checkout lanes bc we don’t want people touching our items. She stomped off and told another associate to come and WATCH us as we scan our items. 37 items & $562.11 later as we were watched like we are thieves stealing their precious items. We are LIVID & so embarrassed for being treated like this. We usually shop at Costco every other week but we might switch over to Sam’s Club completely because they have mobile checkout and their employees don’t follow & treat customers like we are thieves. COSTCO corporate! Train your associates better before they lose all of the customers!

Great food, needs the combo pizza back though. Also adding more food options like sams club may be more appealing to customers. Overall good.

We frequent the Costco food court. The pizza is great! Much better than Sam's club. There are limited options, but my kids just like pepperoni anyways. I recommend calling ahead to order if you want a whole pizza (just under $10 for what would be an XL at most restaurants).
