I thought I would give them a second chance after a previous bad experience with this place. The food was awful and cold. My burger was so sloppy made that it started falling apart. Call back and spoke with a mgr name Bryce who only apologized didn’t try to make it better and advise he had gotten another complaint about the food. Right now, I have wasted my money again on this place. It’s seems like management has definitely changed and service is not the same. I really don’t think Byrne was a manger because he had not solution for making a bad situation better other then to meet with his crew. Sir… I just spent a little less than $30 with no solution. Lesson learned is all I have to say.

Good to be back since 2023. We got regular size burger with sweet potato fries. All yummy. We could have done with one order of fries you get so many so we took them home. Fast service cooking it all from scratch. We have eaten here many times since moving to Plano in 1992 but there are a lot of very good burger joints in town over the years. Competitions is good for customers. Some have gone out of business but Country Burger hanging in there since 1973.

Do Not put in a to go order. During lunch I ordered for dinner time. During dinner time I got back home & food was not even remotely warm. Veggies were extremely soggy. The food was most likely ready during lunch time when I ordered. This place Does Not inform you when your food is ready either. When you air fry fresh fried food its supposed to be crunchy, when I did this for the tater tots they were mushy & even worse. Horrible.

First visit here. The counter person was friendly and helpful. We had the bacon cheeseburger combo. Food was served hot and fresh. Have to say if you're hungry for French fries the large is big enough to share. Will definitely return to try more items

August 6, 2025: Today at 12:30 pm the large fries sucked. Luke warm, dry, so bad I had to throw out more than 70%. Most days they are awesome. Not today. Can tell they served me the old stuff they couldn’t bring themselves to toss out. Wasted my money. The burger was not grilled well. No Maillard reaction today, just a steamed patty. Maybe grill lacked heat, or they pulled it too soon. It was very busy, so that’s probably why quality fell.
Years ago: Excellent pulled pork sandwich. Great fries and onion rings.
