We came in for brunch on a Saturday morning and were told by the host the wait would be about 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes with no table and being told the kitchen was backed up, we decided to leave. What was especially frustrating was that we could clearly see tables that were cleaned and ready, yet no one was being seated because the kitchen was behind. None of the staff appeared to be moving with any urgency, and food was coming out extremely slow for other tables. I understand Saturdays are busy, but expectations should be managed better. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for us to decide we probably won’t be trying this restaurant but that’s okay.

An old Dallas favorite back in business and relocated to Plano. The absolute best pancakes, and nice variety of breakfast/lunch options. Love the service, as servers are always standing at the ready to assist patrons. Food quality, and taste always excellent.

My husband and I had delicious breakfast at Crossroads this morning. The staff is very attentive, kind and friendly. Eduardo took care of us and let us know what the specials were and we each tried one of them and we weren’t disappointed- even the chef came by and checked on us! Go check them out!

Holy crap!!! What an absolute gem!!!! We came here for a private party, and it was amazing! The drinks were excellent; we would recommend the mango margaritas. For dinner we had caesar salad and steak. It was the best we’ve ever had! Everything was super flavorful and cooked to perfection. There isn’t a single dish on the menu that isn’t absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this wonderful food again!!! Not to mention the staff were all super friendly and attentive. We could tell the front and back of house staff were working so hard to make sure everything was perfect!!! Make sure you stop by for a wonderful time!

Crossroads diner is a fantastic place for breakfast and lunch and comfort food. Chef tom is fantastic. He used to be the head chef of a restaurant at a Dallas hotel called Central 214 that I was a part of ownership. He’s a great guy and very personable. Tom knows his stuff and is great with recipes and preparing great meals. His “sticky buns“ are well known and fantastic!

Even though we live close to downtown Dallas, we make it up to crossroads a couple of times a month.

Food was delicious. Eggs were cooked properly too! There are gluten free options- tortillas are flour though. Sodas were real sugar- eggs from Vital farms! Great place for breakfast.

Horrific story you won’t believe. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE COME BACK Tom.

We live in Prosper, but have made the trip for breakfast several times. We had breakfast Wednesday morning and the waitress dumped an entire glass of orange juice on our 5yo daughter’s head. She has special needs (Rett Syndrome) and doesn’t walk or talk, so it was twice as traumatizing to us.

The horrific part was the response. We expected several workers to rush over to help, but the only response was a very apologetic waitress. My wife and nanny cleaned up our daughter and I cleaned up the table. We had to ask for the manager, Tom Fleming, who asked if she was ok and apologized.

We were expecting a huge response and we feel like we handled in 10x better than them.

This is the 2nd time being here and I gotta say Brenda was so kind and took care of us. My husband had a skillet breakfast that was amazing! My sausage was very big but I dont think it was fully cooked but the rest of the food was on point.
