I placed an order online under the impression that they would be open. I get to the door at around 9:20pm and there’s a piece of paper that looks like it was printed out and crumbled up and then stuck to the door. I drove about 5 miles to this location because I was excited to finally try these cookies. This was unprofessional and disrespectful on so many levels. They could’ve easily went on. Google maps updated their hours and somehow or some way could’ve relayed over the information to corporate that they wanted to close early or wait maybe that’s why the app still let you order it because they’re not supposed to be closing at nine like their hours say
If you haven’t tried Cookie Crumble, you have to. They have a wonderful variety of cookies that come warm and lots of frosting. They are well worth the price.

Very DISSAPOINTED, I placed an order online to pick up at 8am. NOTHING on their website said they decided to change the hours to 10am. When I showed up there was a note on the door saying they open at 10am. Obviously, I did not get my PAID ORDER at 8am. I called them after 10 to get a refund. Rebecca at the Plano store kindly gave me my refund. I suggested to make sure they change the hours on their website and she said "It is out of my control, that is CORPORATE", such sorry excuse. If it is Corporate shame on Crumbl Cookie. Their message says check yelp and google for right opening hours, but BOTH Google and Yelp say 8am for the opening time of the Plano store. Terrible experience!
