Cup & Cup provides excellent customer service, making every customer feel valued. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. They serve high-quality drinks, including taro smoothie, milk teas, and coffee. The boba is very fresh and the drinks are not too sweet. The inside of the restaurant is clean and smells like fresh baked cookies. The prices are about average. Customers love the great and bold flavors of the milk teas and the soft bobas. The restaurant is a great spot to get boba with friends and is definitely a 10/10. The staff is kind and always willing to help, making each visit enjoyable and memorable.
