If your order is wrong and you have the time to go back, do it. I ordered a medium blizzard with M&Ms. I drove off only to find out that the ice cream base was fudge chocolate, and I couldn't eat my blizzard as it was way too sweet.

Normally this place gets 5 stars all day. But tonight I sat in the drive thru at 10:15 and nobody came onto the speaker. Sat maybe 3 or 4 min and as soon as I drove out of the drive thru lane they shut off all the lights. I only wanted a chocolate shake and it wasnt 10:30 which is when they supposedly close. Ill go elsewhere from now on. I understand workers want to go home but 10:30 is closing time.

The middle-aged, tired-looking red-head working the counter this afternoon must be the manager because no hourly employee would keep their job treating guests so rudely.
An incredibly unpleasant person to interact with and a good enough reason to find another location. There are plenty to chose from!
Do not order cakes from this location. They are unable to frost them and essentially just give you a block of ice cream in the shape of the cake. Non refundable and extremely unprofessional. There are other locations that have actual cakes, so I’d suggest ordering from one of those if that’s what you need.
