I order online and they make me go inside when I could just pick it up thru the drive thru? Then I have to somehow get out of their drive thru, turn around, come back, just to walk inside? This is the only place that does that.. then to top it off, the guy inside walks around like he has nowhere to be.. so what time did you save by making me come in? Last time at this DQ

Loved the chattiness of the cashier and the food was great but when I was walking to my seat I noticed one of the workers was wearing dirty yellow crocs. It was a little strange to see in a workplace setting and im not sure what dairy queens rules and regulations are for employee footwear but it struck me as odd. also the tvs were playing this really cool channel full of cool videos.

Enjoyed a burger buster at Diary Queen on Ave. K in Plano, TX. Hands down the best Diary Queen in Texas. Austin's customer service is 10 out 10 and very impressive. Kenny was fire on the grill. The BEST Diary Queen Ever!!!! Thank you!

Order my normal the reaper tacos. They are usually freshly made and good but today they tasted old and stale. They were also cold. I Called the restaurant multiple of times and no answer. Even the fruit punch hi-c was nasty. Tasted water down. Im so disappointed. I want a refund.
I've been to countless DQs and this is the only place where charge for a cup of water. Owners are super stingy, not customer focused. Never coming here again
