Website and Google Maps say they are open until 12:00am midnight. Showed up at 10:00pm, only to be rudely informed that they were closed and that we needed to hurry up and order. We said no thanks. Fix the hours or tell your employees what their hours of operation are.

If you want microwaved, lukewarm entrees, this is your place. Otherwise stick to the treats (ice cream etc) and not the eats. The three times I’ve ordered food, they’ve been terrible.

Purchased 2 blizzards and 2 ice cream cones. There is nothing like a trip to DQ on a warm evening.

Ordered a belt buster. Tasted nasty could not even swallow it.
My daughter didn’t want her chicken strips. I tried one and it tasted like old nasty fries oil.
Both meals were not cooked for consumption
Waste of $21.00
Will not be going back to this location.

We had to wait a while. I guess they didn't have enough staff.

Ordered a medium PB Banana milkshake and the total was $6.00… lol. That’s an actual cost of about .80 cents to make…Good luck staying in business

The website says they’re open till 12 AM but I showed up at 11 PM and they’re closed. I’m leaving a one star review because I don’t like my time being wasted like that. Fix your website or stay open until the time that your website says you’re open until

As a homeless man, I found myself fortunate to receive a Dairy Queen gift card. However, when I tried to check the balance, trouble struck: the dining room was closed. Undeterred, I decided to use the drive-through. I barely got the words out — needing to check my balance — before I was met with a firm “no, we don't do that here.”

It's puzzling to me, if the drive-through isn't the place, where else can someone like me go? I don't have the means to figure out the online method or even call their number. I felt invisible and unheard in that moment, as the staff made no effort to assist.

It might sound odd, but when you’re homeless and uncertain about where your next meal is coming from, a gift card like this holds immense weight. I just needed a little help. I felt compelled to share my frustration; I needed to voice it before heading to work and putting out the same energy. Hunger has a way of amplifying emotions, doesn’t it?

They close at 10, not 12. I went and I knew that they closed at 10. They turned the fryers off early. The manager was very rude about it. Ridiculous.

My friend and I stopped by last night about 8:45 p.m. I wanted to recognize Avery who took our order because she was so pleasant, so courteous, and took care of us quickly before they closed the inside dining. We sat outside and ate our great burgers. Thanks to all those who prepared our food.

I went through the drive thru to order a kid’s chicken strip meal. I also added a separate chicken strip on the side. I was handed my food at the drive thru by an older white lady with a heavy accent. I noticed I had no ketchup so once she came back after a minute or so, I asked for more nicely. She handed me two, and I asked if we could have more please. She then told me that since we only got a kid’s meal that we are only allowed 2 packets. Mind you, I did order an extra strip.
Back when Covid started, I realize that places started charging extra for sauces. Although I have been charged for house sauces, I can say that this is the very first time I’ve ever in my life been charged for ketchup packets. She didn’t have a good attitude from the start, so I didn’t go back-and-forth with her, but I can honestly say that I was very surprised.
