Just went there today for a company lunch. The food and service were good, but the servers kept bringing the wrong plates to the wrong people. Not a big deal, at that point, as it is easy to say that's not my dish. Unfortunately, they did the same thing with my left overs. I got home and had someone elses food. Over half of my $90 filet mignon went home with someone else. If you don't know which food belongs to which person just ask. Acting confident while being clueless does not earn you any points.

We went on Thanksgiving and had a great time, but it seemed like they were short-staffed because everything was moving very slowly. We were seated on the second floor, and the bathroom definitely needs some TLC.

Steak prepared incorrectly, sides very small, and extra dressing for salad not delivered after asking twice. Drink refills/orders extremely slow. Overall poor experience for a $1,200 meal.

I’m pretty sure we just experienced discrimination here. We were told that bar food isn’t sold on Sundays and I find that hard to believe. Before that I had to walk in and ask for valet because cones were in front of each parking spot, the obviously racist young hostess said “you can just move the cones” like what ma’am! She them
Says she would be back and comes back with an attitude. We get seated and I have my kiddos with me and they are picky eaters so the waiter suggest the bar menu, we relocate to that area and is to tell us they don’t sale food food in the bar area but there’s plates on the tables?!?! We left! They didn’t want to serve black people and made it very obvious! Before we even left the parking lot, I received a notification that my reservation was cancelled. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow.

This establishments lack of accountability has astonished me to a new level. They should be so embarrassed. Place has no class.

Birthday girl reserved a table for 16, 6 days prior. Host told her she needed to make two separate reservations. I’ve been a host, served, kitchen staff, etc. at many restaurants, low scale and upscale, in the past, I don’t even understand how this happened. But she did what she was told, two separate reservations under same name-same time.

5 people, me included, showed up 15 min late, and instead of being prepared in advance for the 16 people, or accommodating the last 5 guests, at one of the three empty tables near the party, they sat us in another room across the restaurant by the bar. Not even breathing the same air as birthday girl. The wouldn’t accommodate our concerns or requests for over 30 min and didn’t want to move us because we “opened a tab” by the bar.

Manager came, finally, and moved us to a booth in the vicinity of the birthday party. Nothing was offered for such an inconvenience. Really no apology and the server suggested we didn’t give them enough notice to accommodate our party.

This is so embarrassing for them. I will never be returning and they should be ashamed to call themselves upscale. Food was good, but I’ve had much better, a problem with majority of overpriced Legacy restaurants. Cocktails took 20 min, a refill took minimum 10 min, assumptions on top of assumptions. You know the saying.

Amazing Place for Dinner, First time at the Plano Location, but it was nothing less than excellent! Our server knew the menu he took really good care of us, and made my best friends birthday dinner extra special.

One server interrupted me mid-sentence to announce that I “had to order food before drinks.” This was not said kindly, and another managed to charge me for a second drink that never even made it to the table. Your restaurant sure likes to serve people based on pedigree. I have had better treatment at a drive thru. Please do better. Food wasn't bad, staff was a nightmare.

I am very disappointed with my experience today. I called to place an order and was told that orders can only be made at the bar or through DoorDash/Grubhub, not over the phone which I completely understand. However, when I attempted to order online, I received an error message stating that online ordering was temporarily down.
I called to ask if there were any known issues with the website, and the person on the phone responded, “I don’t know, that’s above my pay grade. No one else said they had a problem. While this may not have seemed like a big deal to them, I found the remark unprofessional and dismissive.
This restaurant is usually wonderful, and I have never had a negative experience until today. I’m very disappointed, as there are more courteous ways to communicate with customers.

Between Del Frisco's Three Forks and Ruth Chris I chose Del Frisco's to spend my 44th wedding anniversary with my wife and was hoping that it would be memorable, but not in a negative way. We were at table 55/1, 11/14/2025 at 7:10 PM It started when we first walked in, the hostesses were congregating and talking and we stood there for a couple of minutes and they finally acknowledged us then it took the black hostess to finally attend to our being seated , we were a few minutes early for our reservation. Then the server Tristram was very delayed in attending to our special night, returning to our table delayed throughout the night...in between our drinks, appetizer, main meal , dessert, delays, then he forgot to bring us coffee and when he did bring the coffee he only had LESS than half a cup, did not check back to see if we needed another cup, so we had to stop one of the attendents to get them to get us some more coffee and it was delayed ,the steak had to be returned because I told Tristram I wanted my Aged wagyu ribeye pink but no blood, it came with blood, so he evidently didnt tell the chef. Then we had leftovers and I asked him to package The Leftovers up he took my plate package it up brought it back and I had to tell him what about my wife's plate could you also package it up as well. My bill was $270 but my service was like I was at Chili's I did not expect that because I've been to this Del Frisco's before & came here again because I don't mind paying for quality but that's not what I received. Please have this address as I hope it never happens to anyone else especially on the special anniversary. I did share my experience with Maitre D as we departed.
