My family loves going to Delucca for our special celebrations. This was the first time we tried the brunch pizzas and we enjoyed all of the pizzas.
We ordered the meatballs and they were raw, we noticed our waiter who really did t care and just took them off our table. We didn't see him much after that. The same barbecue and Mexican street corn pizzas kept coming for two rounds then the four cheese came 3 rounds, it's like they are pushing the not so popular pizzas to get you full then the offer the steak pizza well into your experience so you are very full. Then they offered one dessert pizza and never came back. Our waiter finally came back to give us our check and the place was not even that crowded. There were many empty tables around us, so I'm not sure what the issue was, we definitely will not be returning again.
We celebrated my friend's birthday here, and it was so good! The pizza and cocktails are delicious, and they gave us all a glass of presecco to celebrate the birthday! Service was so good along with the yummy food!
Went there for the GF and DF options. Dough wasn't as crispy as I prefer, but pizza was great overall. Server seemed a little put out that we were not participating in the full dining experience.
This was our 4th time here. This time was very disappointing. The service was very slow and basically nonexistent. Are we just only came by one time and we had to ask other people for things. We had to ask for cheese and pepperoni pizza for our kids five times before anyone actually brought it. By the time Pizza got to our table there was none left. This is by far the worst experience that we ever had here. The first three were fantastic. And our waitress could've made more alcohol sales if she actually came back to the table. It took about 15 minutes before she even came to our table to take our drink order. And then another 20 minutes before she came back and then she had forgotten our wine. Followed by another seven minutes before we received it. So a little less than an hour just to get a glass of wine. This is one of our favorite places, but we will definitely reconsider given how terrible the service was and it was so loud we couldn't hear each other talking. We finally received some service when someone who appear to be a manager, actually came by and noticed that no one was taking care of us.
We saw this restaurant and wanted to try all their pizzas. They were all great and glad I got to try things I'd never tried. The pizza service was great, they were constantly coming by. Our server was not as attentive as we needed a few refills on the apps but had to wait a decent while to ask for the check. All in all I'd give it a 4/5 and would recommend to try.
Enjoyed a night out with my wife, our new born and 3 year old. Service was great and waitress was excellent. The music was also to my liking.
We enjoyed the unique experience and solid food. The service is slow however, and the restaurant, both visits, was very loud. Neither, will prevent us from a return visit. But room for improvement would increase the frequency of our visits.
Cicis pizza basically, but a nicer atmosphere. The honey soppressata and the meatballs are decent. Everything else is at the gas station level.
Dessert is just more pizza, but caramel sauce and Nutella thrown on top.
28 bucks. Paying for experience, not the food.

Poor communication. Tried calling multiple times over several hours throughout the day to make a reservation, but no one ever answered. Very frustrating experience when trying to plan in advance.

Our family loves Delucca, but tonight (2/16/2025 at 6:40 PM) was our worst experience ever. It started great, but midway through, our table was completely neglected. Despite multiple requests for dessert pizzas, we waited 30 minutes, and no one ever brought more. Frustrated and offended by the neglect, my kids and I got up and left unsatisfied. This level of service is unacceptable, and I’d appreciate a follow-up regarding this disappointing experience.

Favorite pizza place. Think of a Brazilian steakhouse but for Pizza. Rotating flavors for endless quantity.
My favorite is the Chicken Tikka Masala pizza. Save some space for the dessert pizzas as they are great as well.
Complain is they pack the space too tight. Really crowded.

I was SO excited to try this place. My fiancé and I are new to the area and it seemed like the perfect date night or perfect girls night with their happy hours. We met a group of friends there for my birthday and the atmosphere was wonderful, our waitress was very informative of their concept since none of us had been there and then the pizzas started coming.
however, after our first round we waited for about 10-15 minutes for more to come, and this is a review I actually saw a lot prior to going so it says a lot of everyone loves the pizza and atmosphere and the only negatives are the service and staff. My friend went to ask if we were suppose to get more, or if we missed instructions, she was very respectful about it since none of us had been we had 0 idea how it all worked. After that it seems like they had it out for our table.
One of my friend is Gluten Free based on health issues so she is very strictly gluten free. they explained that she would have to order a personal pizza as they don’t have GF int the selections coming around, totally fair there was no problem with that.
When we got our bills they charged her for the GF and the all you can eat which she didn’t participate it. she tried a topping from a friends dessert pizza and she was accused of eating other slices. we explained that’s not what happened and she quite literally can not eat a regular piece of pizza and they argued with us a bit saying she requested a pizza which she did but for the other end of the table because they had been skipped over 2 times for the dessert pizzas so she spoke up for them.
Totally get if you need to charge for eating toppings, seems a but much as they were serving a table of 10 and you can reality just explain hey if you eat a piece of salami we have to charge you but instead they were VERY rude, said they watched the cameras back, felt like we were in an interrogation, and then still charged her. Regardless of the fact our service took forever and one end of the table had terrible service.
There is a way to conduct yourself especially as a manager and have good customer service even if you are explaining why there’s an extra charge. I can respect someone if they would have gone about it in a more professional way, but it was so unprofessional. the pizza kitchen was laughing and talking about us as we were gathering our things and that’s just unnecessary.
sad to say I probably would not return to this specific location due to the staff. hopefully they get some customer service training and experience because that can make a 5 start experience a 2 star very quickly.

I really wanted to like this place after hearing good things, and the atmosphere and hostess were definitely great. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. After receiving our first pizza, we waited 10-15 minutes with no further pizza being offered. I could not find our server so I asked a host if we were missing something, I was told they were serving dessert pizzas during that time, which explained why we hadn’t received more food. This seemed to have started the tension between the staff and our table.
One of our guests was gluten-free, and it was a struggle for her to get anything she could eat. They don’t offer gluten-free options when walking around with pizzas, so she had to order a whole gluten-free pizza. She was curious as to what some of the toppings tasted like so she would eat some of the others guests toppings to try them out. This didn’t seem like a huge deal to us. When it came to dessert pizzas, there weren’t any gluten-free options going around, therefore she would have had to order an entire gluten free pizza to try any of them, so she ate the toppings off of other people's plates.
When it was time to pay, they charged her for both the 5-course experience and the entire gluten-free pizza. After explaining the error, the server came back saying the pizza servers had served her the pizza which seemed a little odd. The server and I assume the manager insisted that she ate these pieces of pizza, which she had not and physically is not able to. After arguing, they claimed to have “reviewed the cameras” and insisted she had eaten some of the pizza. It’s absolutely unacceptable for an establishment to go to that extent to charge a guest for something that was just being tasted on the table. We definitely were being talked about in the pizza kitchen amongst peers and it made us highly uncomfortable. We ended up paying and walking out.
The level of unprofessionalism here is beyond disappointing, and we will definitely not be returning.
