The best BBQ in Plano!My absolute to go place!!Exceptional attentive service with a smile!Juan is absolutely wonderful made us feel right at home!He explained their options and menu with a smile.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The butcher in the back comes out and greets as well.. extremely friendly service!They're both great !!Clean peaceful atmosphere family friendly place for everyone!The jalapeno beans, Mac and cheese and brisket are amazing!!Everything I've tried so far is delicious!Me and my 8 boys love it here !!Food proportions are adequate for my size family!! That's hard to find.. The food was good and the service was very good.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp on the South side and manual doors. Enough room to maneuver the chair. If they are not really busy they will take your trays to the table.
juan was amazing and very sweet , made sure that i knew what the prices are and where to find them on the menu. he took time out of his day to ask about mine and how my day was going. 10/10 for customer service and it’s always a 10 for food

I'm in the middle of cancer treatments so money has been extremely tight. However through tmobile tuesdays app I was given a $5 off coupon, it didn't have any stipulations or small print. I went inside to order the cheapest sandwich they had as I didn't have more than $5 and change. When I got to the register with sandwich in hand, they didn't want to accept the coupon because they said wouldn't make enough money off the sale. Then they said I had to at least buy $15 meal to apply it. Embarrassed I sheepishly asked how much the full price was and then said I didn't have enough. After asking the manager if they could honor it, he denied it only then to ask how much money I had on me. At that point I just left. I found a good Samaritan that was able to use my code online on an order that was LESS than $10; I gave them cash to make up for the amount said person used on their credit card. Had I had enough money on my own card to buy it online and avoid all this I would. Anyways, it they just made me feel rotten how I was treated...especially since things have been so hard lately and all I wanted was a small treat not made at home to brighten my day a bit. They basically lied to my face just to try and make a greater profit.
