Pretty good food cause you know, dominoes is the best pizza. But it took forever to actually get the food which was disappointing. Although everything was correct in our order which was super nice.

I SAW A MAN FLIPPING THE DOUGH ON HIS HAT , I walk in store and see NOBODY wearing gloves , as they are topping pizzas . I couldn't believe that. As I've worked in a pizza place and gloves are always required. Honestly any hand made food should be made with gloves... touching the pan that's sitting on the counter and then touching toppings........... wow .... GLOVES SHOULD BE A MUST

UPDATE!!!!! I JUST SPOKE WITH OLIVA THE MANAGER AND SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SHE IS VERY SWEET SEEMS LIKE SHE TAKES PRIDE IN MAKING THINGS RIGHT AT HER STORE!!!! I HONESTLY BELIEVE IF SHE WERE THERE I WOULDN’T HAVE WENT THROUGH ANY OF THIS WITH CJ ON YESTERDAY IM GRATEFUL SHE WAS THERE TO HELP!!!!!!! just spoke to CJ today who claims they are a manager but had no ability to do anything to assist so I assume she was a shift leader she hung up in my face after I asked did she have the ability to help me, then she had the nerve not to answer not once but twice when I called back, I think it’s so disgusting to act this way towards people, you act like you own the store, even if you did this is a place of business I could have taken my money any where else but chose to spend it here and you treat me like ish is sickening! I can only imagine the cleanliness with that attitude is off to. I will never order here again. As leadership your job is to ensure customer satisfaction and to ensure food safety and guidelines are being met as well as handling escalation why are you in that position if you can’t help, this makes me question if this location follows any guidelines l, I will be reaching out to the health department for this store.

I placed an online order and asked for it to be ready at 3:45pm..I arrived early, my pizzas were already ready and just sitting on the counter at 3:21 when I actually paid for them and once I arrived home (5mins away from location) I realized they were cold. And the cheese on the pepperoni pizza looks like its been sitting there for a while. Burnt and cold.

Walked in and the team seemed pretty clueless no verification on who is picking up the order. They just blindly hand stuff out.
I ordered a veggie pizza.
I came home and looked at my pizza and there was meat on it. Upon calling the location the manager did not give his name or anything he just said email me the pic and will see what I can do. I seriously question the cleanliness of this place and for Domino’s over all I would say the whole update bar is a lie because if they had made sure then there would be no cross contamination.

The food is always great. However, placing an order for delivery is extremely risky. I once placed an order for a pizza and it never arrived. Recently, I ordered a Diet Coke and a ranch to go with the rest of my order. That also never arrived.

I’m sure they make a decent pizza but I wouldn’t know. I placed an order while it was raining outside and was told their drivers don’t drive in the rain. Yes it was a heavier rain, but certainly not the F5 tornado rain it was represented as when they called to ask me to come pick it up in person. I guess a 30% tip on a large order wasn’t sufficient for someone to deliver a pizza in the rain.
Update: Thank you for the reply, to save us having to go through email, I would suggest you call Papa John’s right up the street and ask them how they were able to deliver a pizza within 30 minutes in the same rain that your shop was unwilling or unable to do.

If i could give zero stars i would. We ordered a total of 14 pizzas for our 5th grade graduates and we ordered a few days in advance thinking Dominos would be prepared. Our students had to sit 20 minutes of their lunch with no food because Dominos was not only 20 minutes late but no one answered any if our several calls, they didn't call us to warn us. They came 20 minutes late without an apology or excuse. I filed a complaint with Corporate to which i still have not heard back. Pathetic and shame on them.

I placed an order for pizza delivery today and when I called I asked and confirmed that they could in fact deliver to my address specifically and was told they could. I placed an order and paid for it and my credit card was charged for the pizza. After 25 minutes of waiting I received a call from a very rude man telling me that they did not deliver to my address. I asked why they told me they would deliver and he said he didn't know who I spoke to. I asked about a refund and he was extremely rude and told me he didn't know. I am livid. I called the number for the store and nobody answers the phone and I have been charged for pizza that we did not receive and I have not received a refund. This is terrible and I am going to dispute on my credit card statement and following up. I have never been treated so rudely. When I told the man on the phone I was going to call the store, he told me whatever.
