1 and half hours to receive our 1 large pizza every time we order it and it's cold every time! Not sure why we think it will be different the next time smh.

I hate to do this but I showed up after ordering 10 minutes earlier and the pizza hadn’t been made. The employee had just finished a transaction from another customer with cash. After he had asked me what I ordered he then went on to make it without washing his hands after handling cash. I asked if I could cancel it after he had made it, he said yes, I said because I saw you handle cash then went on to make my order. He said well the oven is hot and will… I interrupted because I told him I used to work at Dominos, I know he knew better. He offered to cancel but I paid anyways. The standards are not there. I’m sorry to say this but I’m not going back. It’s been a pleasure Dominos. I’m sure he’s a great employee and maybe if I didn’t witness it I’d be ok with just picking up the pie but what if comes to mind, a bathroom visit or something else. Either way, I wish I hadn’t seen that. I had two hungry kids waiting.

Ordered a large pizza, and some cinnamon bites. It was late at night, but it took 40 mins longer than us said to arrive, and it wasn't very hot. Tasted ok but not as good as I've had before.

This is worst Domino Store I have ever seen.
I ordered large pizza with extra chicken and regular buffalo sauce, instead they made with extra buffalo sauce with less than 10pieces in whole large pizza. This is not accidental, this is wontedly made.
I don’t know, what’s wrong with this store and the employees working there.
May be they want the customers wanted to feel bad about their store or their services.
Instead they can close the store and run some other non food businesses.
Highly non recommended, I suggest choose some other pizza stores for good service and satisfaction.

Domino's has been a staple in my family since I was just a little kid. Good flavor, good choices and good prices. Ordering from the app makes it super easy. Make sure you look for coupons and deals online and also in the app. This specific location is staffed with good kids and has always gotten our order correct.

Store #301. Tried the new Stuffed Crust tonight. It was incredibly yummy and your driver Daniel was extremely kind. I have been out of town for 10 days and both were a nice welcome home 🙂

After moving all day, and not having any food, I ordered and picked up a pizza at 11:30 p.m. when I got out of my car parking closest to the store there was a big puddle of human urine that I stepped in but the whole area smell like urine as if this was not the first time. I was dry heaving walking in to get my pizza could barely say my name. As I drove home dry heaving I'm not even hungry anymore. I did have to leave my shoes outside to sanitize.

Usually the pizzas are fresh and there is a decent amount of toppings apart from mishaps that happen from time to time.
Last time when I ordered newyork crust I was given plain crust . But apart from mishaps like those it is great

I seriously walked in to pick up my order. I saw an employee drop a topping on the floor pick it up and put on the pizza. There are multiple nasty issues here. Freakin gross. DONT EAT HERE. The new manager that said he just took over today is terrible. You should be shut down

I placed a drive/up order and was expecting two medium pizzas. When I arrived, Andrew, the manager, gave me the pizzas and I asked “Do you have crushed pepper packets?” He said “yes” and walked away without taking the time to bring some to my car, or ask if I wanted the seasoning. That’s very bad customer service! Before driving back home to my party, I noticed one medium pizza was not made as ordered, so I got out of my car around 8:15 pm. Another worker started making it correctly, but while I waited it was given to another customer “by mistake!”
I had to explain the error in my order AGAIN and wait longer for Andrew to make my pizza. I wasted almost an hour of my time. Finally, I left at 9 pm. Consumers BBEWARE: 1.Very rude service, 2. Very disorganized, inefficient business. Go to any other pizza establishment where you will be treated professionally and don’t waste your time here. #terribleCustomerService

Ouch! 40 minutes for an order to enter the oven? Why dont you answer the phone? You let it ring for minutes then hang up? Come on now. Once we got our food it was good and hot, thank you for that.
