Domino’s Pizza has never disappointed me. I always get pizza with fluffy, soft dough that tastes absolutely amazing. The crust is light, perfectly baked, and easy to eat, great for two people.

We had an issue with an order time being am vs pm. It was our error but the manager and associates were most helpful and just reminded us of why we are loyal to them. Their team are always great and do a great job. The food is consistently very good. Thank you and your team. Sincerely. Our party was a hit.

From the moment I walk in to order it was great service. It was my first time at this location in Plano & it was amazing. The pizzas were so delicious, hot from the oven just awesome. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks Pamela

Today was my first time ordering at this location and I don’t think I have ever had such a great experience as I did today. The 3 employees , 2 ladies and a young man, that were there around noon time were a God Send and went out of there way for a not so average situation. In today’s world it’s hard to find caring employees and it left me speechless at their level of care and attention to a particular situation. They deserve a raise and recognition and anything more they would be eligible for their great service. I can not thank you enough and really appreciate you.

This is my regular carry-out Dominos & have ordered from here numerous times, mostly on Fridays. Service has been exceptional, even on busy days.
Bit surprised by the negative comments. To me, the team members are super friendly, polite and attentive. Even though the screen displays your name and status of your order, there is always someone checking with you. In fact, on busy days, different folks will attend to you.
Never ever I had any issue with my order. Pizzas are perfectly baked.

I always order delivery from this store and the food always comes as expected. The drivers also do their job correctly. Not sure why the other reviews are so terrible 😅

Every single time our family orders from this Dominoes, we know our pizza is going to be hot, fresh and delivered fast. They always put a good amount of toppings, they are definitely not stingy with the toppings!!! They NEVER disappoint. Thank you Dominoes on Spring Creek and Coit! Always the best choice for pizza!!!!!

This location is always well behind quoted times. Website will say 15 minutes when there are 40 pizzas ahead of yours. You get to the restaurant and they say 15 more minutes, only for 30 more to pass. They need to work with corporate to get a more accurate ETA posted and probably intentionally don’t, because if they did, no one would order from this location. Management clearly doesn’t know how to staff properly to deal with the volume of the store.

I ordered extra pepperoni and extra sausage on my pizza. Normally they get it perfect. Today it the pepperoni was regular, the sausage was less than regular and the mushrooms I ordered were practically nonexistent. Again, normally they do great. Not tonight however.

I've never had a bad domino experience, until now. I place an order of 1 large cheese pizza and 1 large pep and beef pizza at 5:54. It showed their quality checker was checking it at 6:11. I ended up having to call them because it was 6:50 and we still didn't have our pizza. Then we finally got it, the pizza was not that good at all, tastes like it had to be rewarmed. Just an all around bad experience. After this happened, I find out from a couple friends and a family member, they also had bad exp with them. Will never visit this location again.

I ordered delivery. My pizza was perfect and tasted delicious. But y'all! Where did the green olives choice go? I'm disappointed in no green olives. I had my mouth all set for that and they were just not there for an option. Oh well.

If you come to this location be very specific. I got no sauces with anything i ordered which typically comes with one sauce per item.
