The pizza was good. The only thing I did not like staffs was not wearing gloves. When you handle food, you supposed to be wearing gloves.

The absolute worst Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. I’ll take the blame for placing as many orders from this store as I have, hoping they would get it right.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I paid extra for toppings that weren’t added, extra sauces not put on, Alfredo instead of Marinara, etc.
Every order was super simple, and they still managed to mess it up every time!

They don't wear gloves while making pizza. One of the ladies came and I paid her with cash and she went right back to making someones pizza without washing her hands after touching cash and register and even handing me my change back. They need to wear gloves. It looks pretty disgusting

I normally ordered the pizza and get picked up in this location. Today i ordered at 4.19 and still they are preparing. Its been whole an hour to get one pizza. I need to find another pizza store not the domino.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Domino’s location. I placed my order around 7:22 PM, and even after 20 minutes, my pizza wasn’t even in the oven—despite the fact that mine was the only order at the time. The store had only one insider working, and the rest of the staff were all trainees.
The manager, Laryssa, showed no sense of urgency or care for customers. Instead of handling the order quickly, she left the store to talk to a driver outside, leaving a new trainee inside by themselves. When she came back, rather than making my pizza promptly, she used my order as a training opportunity, which delayed it even further.
On top of that, the driver working the cut table didn’t check the details properly. I had to remind him about the sauce I ordered on the side, and they didn’t even let the pizza complete its time on the oven belt.
As a store manager, Laryssa showed a careless attitude, as if customers should just wait no matter how long it takes. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer time and patience was extremely disappointing. I usually order from another Domino’s location and never had issues, but I tried this one since it was on my way. Big mistake—I’ll never come back here again, and I’d warn others to avoid this store if they expect good service

This location NEVER delivers orders on time. I have often been left waiting for an hour + for their delivery driver to even leave the store. If you have a time constraint and need your order to be on time, the location on Plano Pkwy and 15th is great!
Waited a hour and half for a cold pizza, and they forgot the sauces I ordered on the side. Driver was also not helpful, I would like a refund.

Ordered a large veggie pizza today and it was one of the best pizzas I have eaten. It was very well made. The service was slow. I was at the counter for a while and no one came to take the order.

I received a pizza in buffalo wings and it looks like they gave me plain wings and just sprayed buffalo sauce on them but didn’t even evenly coat them. Then when I went to pay, I had a gift card from my job for Christmas and it declined because I did not know the ZIP Code. I feel like this is unacceptable because it is a prepaid Credit card that had money on it and it’s still declined so I had to use my own debit card.
