I received a pizza in buffalo wings and it looks like they gave me plain wings and just sprayed buffalo sauce on them but didn’t even evenly coat them. Then when I went to pay, I had a gift card from my job for Christmas and it declined because I did not know the ZIP Code. I feel like this is unacceptable because it is a prepaid Credit card that had money on it and it’s still declined so I had to use my own debit card.

What is the point of “quality control?” I got two of the same pizza. Isn’t that supposed to be caught? Oh and whoever cuts the pizzas really needs to have their eyes checked. One slice is a quarter of the pizza and another is an inch wide. But seriously, pineapple looks nothing like sausage and jalapeños.

To start my delivery driver nKnocked on my door. When I opened the door my pizza was on the floor and she was halfway down the stairs.I dont know if there are new employees working at all hours.Always 1 missing item or 1 incorrect topping on a pizza.Came back to return my pizza and get a refund for my "extra peperoni pizza" that had no pepperoni on it lol.Meanwhile in the back some kid is working with large headphones on his head.If possible I suggest you go to the dominoes on communications Pkwy and Parker.

this is normally our go to dominos spot and I'm so EXTREMELY disappointed and unsatisfied with tonight's dinner. had our delivery driver claim the order was completed like 15 minutes prior to her even arriving at our door. keep in mind, the only reason she even found out our door and apartment was because I was on my way out the door to drive to dominos and request a refund on my entire order. I called the store eight times and not one time did they answer. I basically had to pull the food out of the bag for the girl, damn, should've saved the tip for myself at that point. the fact that I've worked for Dominos and time and time again have given them the benefit of the doubt and this was how tonight was handled after a 60$ order, food cold and soggy?? make it make sense. y'all make sure your delivery drivers are actually hitting complete order when they actually complete the order! I know y'all are trying to make the store run time look good, and at the end of the day you made yourself look so so so bad Everytime. I guess I'll see if I should even consider the free pizza they've given me after this insanely terrible experience. ??I just want my 60 bucks back like , what?

I’m so incredibly tired of asking for specific directions and the person cutting the pizzas NEVER pays attention to pie cut on thin crust pizzas, this is the 5th time in a row this has happened. All I ever get is a “sorry I didn’t see that” I’ve never gotten any sort of discount they’ve always just said “sorry nothing I can do, we can remake it if you want?” And that’s nice but now all my other food is getting cold while this is being remade.
