This isn't a gourmet donut shop but they are always fresh and delicious. I feel very lucky to have this place in my back yard. The owner is the most lovely person and the donuts and kolaches are superb.

Just stopped by this donut shop for the first time and so happy I did. They asked me what I would like and I asked for a dozen donuts for the office. The owner said okay I’ll put something nice together. Wish I would’ve remembered to take a picture because they looked good.
The donuts were tasty - not overly sweet. Definitely found my new go-to spot 🙂

Just stopped by this donut shop for the first time and I’m impressed. The donuts were tasty —super fresh and not overly sweet. You can tell they really care about quality. What stood out the most, though, was how kind and patient the owner was. Definitely found my new go-to spot.

This is the first time I've posted a review, but I needed to because the owner asked me to do it. I go to this place every Sunday to buy Donuts for my three kids. I went to buy donuts as usual and wanted to purchase croissants, too. I asked if the croissants on display were plain, and she said no; then I asked, “What’s inside?” pointing at the croissants, and she rolled her eyes and replied, “Sausage.” Then I said, “Just sausage?” (because it had pieces of jalapeño). She said, “Yes! I just told you, sausage!”. I got upset and said, “Well, you don’t need to answer me like that,” she said, “Well, I just told you three times it is a sausage.” Needless to say, she was rude and probably was having a bad day. I told her I was a customer and her customer service was horrible. Then I told her I would leave a review on Google and Yelp, and she started clapping and said, “Please do it!”

When we arrived at the location, my special needs son could not contain his excitement, so he kept telling us what he wanted by pointing and tapping on the glass using his index finger.
As the operator was taking our order, she abruptly asked in an unwelcoming tone to inform our son to stop tapping the glass for his safety, which threw us off since we felt like he only tapped it 5-10 times (unconsectuviely)
This place is definitely NOT kid-friendly.

We stopped by this donut shop around 10 in the morning. All of the cake donuts we chose tasted like they were either left over from the day before or dry from being overcooked. The other donuts we got were just ok. The donut holes they gave us were better than anything we bought.

Donut Queen is an absolute gem! Their donuts are always fresh, soft, and delicious, with a perfect balance of sweetness. The variety is impressive, from classic glazed to unique specialty flavors, and each one is a treat. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, always making sure the service is fast and efficient. The store is clean and well-kept, creating a great environment for a quick breakfast or snack. Whether you're a donut lover or just stopping by for coffee, Donut Queen never disappoints. Definitely a 5-star experience every time!

In the beginning I was impressed with this donut shop. I was greeted upon walking in, the music was nice and uplifting, the selection of donuts were unique, the lady who assisted me was friendly. But the reason for 2 stars is because when I was making my coffee another woman with blonde hair came from the back and begin to watch me. She even questioned me by asking what I had paid for. I told her I paid for 1 coffee and had 1 coffee. I told her that I over poured and wanted to pour out some coffee to make more room for the creamer but the coffee station is not setup for such incidents. She questioned why I didn’t leave room. I told her because I initially wasn’t going to get creamer but changed my mind. Not that I should have had to explain it to her but I usually drink black coffee because it’s healthier but then I realized I’m having donuts today and decided to enjoy my moment and indulge completely. She eyed me and told me she would throw my coffee away. I told her there was no need for that. I just need to pour a little out and she told me to go outside to do it so I did. I’m a 1st time customer and I spent $9 in their shop today. Enough to buy a bag of cups or a can of coffee. To antagonize a customer over spilled coffee is cheap penny pinching mentality. Ask yourself, how much profit have you just made and if it’s worth risking the possibility of losing a returning customer? It’s sad to see minority business have short sided thinking and acting this way which ultimately affects their bottom line…profits. It’s unfortunate because this donut shop is 3 minutes from my home and was happy to see one so close and everything besides this woman’s behavior was great but there’s a donut shop on every corner where I can go and not be watched or antagonized over something of such small value. This goes to show you how much they value their customers. She made me feel like a thief by asking me what I paid for.
