Located inside the Mitsuwa Marketplace (just W of I-75 at Legacy), this is a ramen noodle shop with good kuro tonkotsu and shio ramen (both with either chicken or pork). It's part of their food court of restaurant eats.
15$ for ramen with one piece of meat
For those reviews that ranked this place's price range as $30-50 per person... Make me question their legitimacy. The rice dishes are $5-8Ramen are $10-15Sides are $2-8This place is located inside the Mitsuwa supermarket food court. It provides a variety of dishes to choose from. The taste is fairly decent. I'm not a ramen fan, so I usually order the chasyu bowl of the karage bowl. On the occasion I will order the buns, which are equally as delicious.

the ramen was just disgusting. the broth tasted like hotdog water and I wouldn't be surprised of they sneeze in the food at that.
Man, I drove from Oklahoma and decided to stop in Mitsuwa Marketplace. I saw the DosankoRamen and thought I’d try it. Ok, yes, it’s in a food mart, yes this isn’t Japan, but for the price, the Mitsuwa Marketplace food should resemble Japanese food on an airline. It did not do that. My notes are for the owners to read and improve as I love this market, but this place needs to try harder. The Pork Chasyu was like a local BBQ shredded pork throw on a bowl of rice. I didn’t finish it. This needs to be Japanese flavors, not Texas BBQ. I’d give that a 1.5. The Kuro Tonkotsu Ramen was decent. The egg was way over cooked and green, not how Japanese ramen is served. The broth taste was decent. I’d give it a 3. Overall? I’m giving this place a 2.

My chasu tasted like it has gone bad. The food otherwise was very mediocre.

It took 21 minutes to get a pork chasyu bun. There were several orders that got theirs before mine.
Best ramen I have had in DFW area. Really flavorful. And it is just a little stand in a food court but it is the best.
Restaurantji Recommends
Best part is the convenience of being inside Mitsuwa. It’s not bad, but with better ramen options around the metroplex, it's hard to recommend making a trip to Dosanko as a standalone outing.
Tonkotsu ramen was very good and a good value for the price. The broth was thick and loved the thick and slightly chewy noodles. Char Siu had a good char and scallions added a touch of freshness. The egg was a bit over boiled.
I go here all the time for lunch and always get the chicken karaage bowl. Delicious dark juicy thigh meat with perfectly crispy outside. But, ever since august 8, they changed the recipe, or started using a different meat. It’s no longer as juicy, it’s mostly white meat, and the outside isn’t as crispy, and flakes off the meat.
Came here in October of 2021 and was told this spot is very Japanese. It was a good experience.Would love to give it another shot soon.
Great ramen by food court standards. Sure you have eaten better ramen elsewhere but at a food court my expectations are lower. My only complaint is the ramen egg is just a plain hardboiled egg when they could have at least attempted to make a nice soy marinated jammy yolk, chashu ramen egg.
