Used to really love this. The brisket nachos were something I always got. Recently they changed the queso because it is noticeably spicier and I hate it. Last 2 times were fails. Leave the queso how it was before, not spicy!

First time trying this place out yesterday. I ordered the one meat plate which comes with two sides. I chose brisket with sides of potato salad and macaroni and cheese. I also ordered some tortilla chips with queso.
The brisket was okay. A little fatty for my taste. Not super well seasoned. But decent. Didn't love the barbecue sauce. Kind of overly sweet for my taste.
Macaroni and cheese was good.
Potato salad was quite possibly the worst potato...

I love this place. I get lunch there at least once a week. The brisket is amazing and I love their Texas Tornado - a very unique after-brisket 'desert'. Service is really good and fast. I barely wait for 2 minutes every time. Highly recommend!
