Only the iced coffee was ready when I got there, it sat for over almost 10 minutes while I was there waiting for the rest of my order. Then when they gave me my bag of food said have a nice day, upon checking it in the car I'm missing my egg sandwich. Go back inside let them know they give me my sandwich but not the one I paid for. It was fixed but I wasn't the only one who was having issues. Not sure if they were having an off day or if this is normal for this location. My first and probably last time to go to this location. Mapleshade location is where its at in my opinion.

Kyia And Gabby were very sweet and very fast when I put my order in ! My breakfast wraps tasted amazing and my coffee was the best thing to start my day off ! haven’t been to this dunkin in a while due to rude manger but they definitely got my vote into coming back !

I ordered an ice cream cake for a baby shower that I was hosting. It was a custom order. Margo, the cake decorator, took the time to help me create a beautiful design and colors to coordinate with our theme. It came out perfect. Just beautiful! We chose the vanilla/chocolate fudge crunch. It was delicious. A big hit at the shower! I had to take a moment to compliment them on a job well done. We’ve ordered cakes there before and we’ve never been disappointed. This time, they seemed to go above and beyond. Great job Margo! Thank you! We greatly appreciate the extra effort!

I came in today to buy 25 pieces of munchkins for my kids, but when we got home the rude guy from this place only gave us 20 pieces.
This is the only Dunkin I go to because every other one in Plano is too inconsistent. Every time, I’m telling you every time, it’s perfect!! Thank you guys for being so perfect and amazing at everything you do, I’m so thankful to get exactly what I order every single time from you guys! <3
