I ordered an ice cream cake for a baby shower that I was hosting. It was a custom order. Margo, the cake decorator, took the time to help me create a beautiful design and colors to coordinate with our theme. It came out perfect. Just beautiful! We chose the vanilla/chocolate fudge crunch. It was delicious. A big hit at the shower! I had to take a moment to compliment them on a job well done. We’ve ordered cakes there before and we’ve never been disappointed. This time, they seemed to go above and beyond. Great job Margo! Thank you! We greatly appreciate the extra effort!

Love the atmosphere, so eclectic! The Staff is friendly and courteous. It is convenient for seating, I would love a drive thru though, being disabled with mobility issues, but handicap parking is right at the door, so it doesn't stop me from dropping by!
No customer service at all!!!!!! I stood there almost 10 minutes and no one asked if I could be helped. The girls are very rude and unprofessional. Horrible service

I am feeling extremely sick, they had put milk in my coffee. I am going to complaint to the company because this is not okay whatsoever. I am thinking about suing because it’s at 11 at night and I am throwing up and I have diarrhea.

I’ve been to this Dunkin a couple of times. My drink was packed with heavy syrup and extra flavors, barely any coffee…& tastes a mess every time. Staff is not friendly. I just stopped going. It’s a let down. You’re better off finding a better donut shop in the area.
