We ordered two coffees and one tasted sour and the other one tasted like milk. Both orders were the same plain coffee with two cream and one Suger. I don’t know how the two tasted different and had nothing to do with coffee.

I have gone here multiple times and have had very inconsistent experiences. I would say 7/10 times there is an issue with ordering my stuff at the speaker or/and my drink is messed up. I just left there today and ordered a simple drink. Not only was it not filled up all the way, there was barely any ice and the coffee tasted weird. There was also way less cream than I wanted. I got two of the same drinks ordered the same way, tell me why one was a very different color than the other? I will say I’ve gone here before and have had good experiences but more often than not it’s been terrible. Not to mention that the ladies working the drive thru constantly give attitude and seem like they just don’t care.

I bought a filled donut from them - this location fills their donuts by CUTTING THE DONUT IN HALF and spreading the filling between the slices. When I pulled it apart I saw a piece of fluff/hair in the spread. I don’t think l’ll risk going to DD again, it was so gross.

Dunkin has gone to the bottom over the years. Especially bagels. They are sometimes tough as a rock. Impossible to chew. Coffee is very inconsistent. Sometimes good sometimes horrible..

Very rude employees with an attitude in the drive thru so we pulled around to order inside. Since they knew it was us going inside they put our order to the side to make us wait. After 30 min to heat up 3 sandwiches I asked what was taking so long, then they pulled the bag off of their counter and it was already ready to go but they wanted to make us wait, I said so it was already ready to go but you just wanted to hold it and make us wait. The manager said it is just 3 of us here doing everything.... I said calmly without being rude or raising my voice that it should not have taken 30 min . As I turned around to leave she asks in a high voice for the whole lobby to hear , would you like free donuts but I was already at the door and did not want problems so she said oh ok you just want to complain..... Very loud to the whole lobby, this is very rude and I know this is not our first or even second time with an issue here. If this location cannot hire people that want to work it should close. Ruining people's day I'm sure they would prefer the location did not even exist. Will not be back at any Dunkin at this point. Very unacceptable

There is bad service in this place... I didn't like the way the cashier treated me, she was very serious and didn't make the slightest effort to try to understand me. I know I don't speak English very well... but in a customer service store they should serve better, a smile kind words

I went there to get avocado toasts and two lattes. From the start, the lady, I believe her name was Karen, was being rude. I went to the drive thru and I could tell from her attitude that she was gonna mess everything up and she did. I asked for an iced latte and it literally looks like milk. Then, I got a hot latte and I told her to put whole milk and she was like “it already comes with whole milk”, and later on, when I looked at it, it did not have any milk at all. It was a plain black latte. And she didn’t even put sugar in it even though I specifically told her to. I would not recommend anyone to go here! I really hope she gets fired.

Breakfast bagels are decent. Hash browns had a chemical smell and taste. I read on Reddit that it’s usually due to overuse of the parchment paper that lines the ovens the food is cooked in. Those papers are supposed to be one-time use and then changed. But customer service was great. I’d come back here again, just wouldn’t risk it with the hash browns again.

The bathroom here is so filthy. It doesn’t look like it’s been cleansed in years. There is no way employees are washing their hands after use. So filthy and nasty. I would never order food from this place. It shows employees are not hygienic. 🤮🤮🤮I had to hold my breath for o helpy daughter avoid having an accident. Otherwise we would have walked right out. I came here to see the service review after and i am not surprised by the low ratings. Management please do better.
