If I could give no stars I would. Every time I go to this Dunkin I place a mobile order easily 10 minutes before arrival and my drink is never ready. I watch them skip over my drink order multiple times every single time. So if you value being able to put in a mobile order and it being ready in a timely manner I wouldn’t go to this location terrible customer service

Got me waiting for too long for an ice cappuccino, and no, only me, it was 2 other spanish speakers and everyone coffee it was coming out at the moment and my order it was 5 coffee's and the cappuccino never came out I have to cancel

If you order a box of joe from here BEWARE. They filled the box full all the way to the spout so when you open it, hot coffee comes out burning your hand. Tried calling but no answer, lets see if they call me back.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and only had cheese and 1 bacon strip on sandwich. Hash browns were burnt but felt uncooked on the inside. The snacking bacon was fine and so was my wrap.

Came by yesterday morning, the older lady asked me to hold on. I waited, waited and waited, she finally came over to take my order. Then proceeded to tell me she needed to take the drive tru order first. I told her nevermind and walked out. Horrible service

I've been buying here for 2 years. Espresso and sometimes. I also ask for warm water. So they charge me 2 dollars for warm water. Nowhere else does this happen at other points.

BE WARNED!!!!!

I recently ordered a sandwich and hashbrowns from Dunkin’ Donuts, and I genuinely hope I don’t get sick from it. This was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The sandwich had a strange plastic taste, and the hashbrowns were the worst I’ve ever seen or tasted—soggy yet somehow burnt with a strong plastic flavor. It felt like I was eating chemicals. The food looked nothing like the pictures. Every Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to has terrible reviews and inconsistent quality. This will be the last time!!!

please schedule more than 2 people per shift. i work customer service and understand how stressed the workers were. they looked at me and kept having to focus on mobile orders and drive thru times. mobile orders can wait if theres people standing in your lobby waiting to order. there was this guy freaking out in front of me because no one acknowledged he was there. im not mad at the workers, but how the prioritization of orders was managed. the people in your lobby should come first.
