Imagine starting your morning with a breakfast served completely burnt. Would you really eat this after spending your hard‑earned money? Whoever prepared this at Dunkin’ clearly didn’t care about quality, dear Dunkin’ employee - will you eat this?

May be the guy is not interested in serving us and showing us attitude since we entered and the cappuccino made was very average. I am not planning to be in this Dunkin anymore and will not get my friends too. Great location but with this kind of worst staff not sure this branch has bright future.

They just can't get the coffee right...asked for a hot vanilla latte and when I got home, it was something else. This has happened two times to me ordering in the drive thru - they either don't care about their customers or haven't properly trained their employees to prepare the customers' coffee requests. No more Dunkin for me!!

Personally think 1 star is too much for this dump of a place. Ordered 30 minutes before closing and chose pickup time to be 10 minutes after. Arrived and they locked the door before we could go up. Didn’t even try to communicate while it was pouring rain. Ruined my new burks and they didn’t even give refund to food. Just told me to call corporate to which I sat on hold until the line failed due to “after hours”. DONT GO HERE!

Placed an online order at 7:35 and paid — Arrived 10 minutes later to pick it up. The doors were locked, leaving us in the rain while the workers looked at us and continued talking behind the counter. One seemingly incompetent worker then pointed us to walk to the drive-thru window, rather than walking to the door himself. He did nothing but tell us to contact customer support for a refund, yet online hours had ended and we were unable to get money back. To close 15 minutes early and not be able to offer a refund is absurd.

I don’t go to Dunkin’ often, but I had a great experience during my recent visit. The service was fast and friendly. Ana stood out—she was kind, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. Great customer service!
