I don’t frequent this place let alone “Dunkin’” - walked in & all 3 employees up front gave no greeting beside a blank stare. The one with a septum ring aggressively asked on how I can helped. When I smiled & expressed I needed a moment, they appeared very annoyed however I was the only customer in store to which I don’t understand why nostril flaring was needed. When I go to place my order they again blurt “what do you want”. I proceed to order & made to repeat it because they were not actively listening as they were multitasking. (PSA: If you can’t do it well, don’t multitask.) I hope that this is read by the company, this is poor customer service. Disappointed as this is in a better part of town, leaving a very bitter taste.

Doesn't matter the size of the line. This Dunkin does not play about speedy service. Everything is fresh and on point. Friendly staff.

Seriously Dunkin.... What the heck is up with this bagel! I've never had a bagel be sooo thin, have barely any cream cheese, and why is the middle hole sooo wide?? I have so many questions, like is this acceptable to give to a customer?? I could fit my whole fist in this thing.. SMH do better.

I live walking distance to this location so I like to order via the app (easier and get promos) and get there to just pick up, there has never been a time I have been greeted when I walk in or talk to me when I grab my order, half of the times there’s no line no customers waiting so I don’t get why such bad service! Last time last week I ordered 3 breakfast items and a coffee I got home and realized I only got two and the coffee smh! Won’t be back, I’ll keep going to starbucks!

Ordered an ICED drink at the drive through and when we came up to pay the guy had a hot beverage. When we told him we wanted a cold one he made a nasty face.. and then went back to get make a cold one. Really?? Making faces at a paying customer??? Don’t know if he is a racist or has a generally stinking attitude. But the store manager needs to have a talk with this employee. I will be sending the same complaint on the company’s portal too!We were coming back from the hospital with a sick child and did not need this guy to make our day worse!!

dunkin does a free medium coffee with purchase on mondays every few months. literally got a notification on my app saying today was one of those mondays. they wouldn't give me the discount. also didn't get a straw. happy monday!! wont be purchasing through this location again.

As we all know, coffee places, give out pup cups for free pretty much everywhere. This Dunkin likes to steal from people and charge one dollar for a pup cup. They say that it’s because the Starbucks across the street began charging so everybody kept coming over to them. Which as a business owner myself makes absolutely zero sense. That is the purpose of a business….growth…sales….you want more customers to come. Secondly, that Starbucks is one that my dog and I go to every single day in fact, maybe twice a day some days and they’ve never charged for a pup cup. In fact, my dog gets it in a big giant oatmeal bowl and it’s filled to the brim with whip cream. When you Google search the charge for a pup cup on Google, the only time that Dunkin has ever charged one dollar was when they asked if you would like to donate to a childhood foundation. They then will collect a dollar if you donate for this organization. This Dunkin itself likes to steal and nickel and dime customers in an already inflated economy. All of us can choose to spend our hard earned money wherever we want and when we indulge in expensive coffee these days it’s because we choose to spend our money there. I will pay for over priced Starbucks, or any other local coffee shop in the area before I ever would spend money with a company who lies so blatantly over one dollar for customers. If they lie and steal that way, what else are they doing and lying about. Everything starts from management and management allows their team to do the things they’re allowed to do. I prefer to do business with honest and ethical people not Blayton liars and thieves.
