In Plano for a few days, my husband and I searched online for something vegetarian for dinner. We came to E. B. Latin Bistro and shared their vegetarian cubano sandwich, which came with yellow rice and black beans. It was so delicious! We got the flan and apple bread pudding, both of which were excellent. We would definitely eat here again if we were local. Very attentive waiter, great food, highly recommend.

It's a small mom and pop restaurant with some great food! The restaurant was clean the staff was kind. All of our food was good and my neice who doesn't usually eat Latin food ate all her food and then some of my brother's Cubano sandwich as well. Portions were good and tasty. We are already planning to come back again.

This place is a treasure! We’ve come many times over the past few years, but I wouldn’t say often enough that we are regulars. Nevertheless, the server and bartender always remember our drink orders. That level of service is something that is hard to find in the DFW. The queso is right up my alley, better than I’ve found at any Mexican restaurant. We always get the maduros (plantains) and Paella Del Mar, which are consistently fabulous. I just can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. My husband loves the old school salsa music that is always playing. It’s a bonus on top of the delicious food and top notch service. It is always worth the drive. There is something to be said about a consistent staff who know the business inside and out that makes for a great experience. I will always recommend this restaurant! Thank you for always providing excellent service!

First of all friendly maitre'd who we later found out was the owner, John was welcoming and so nice as we came in. Charming cozy atmosphere. Server was excellent as well, but John was so friendly. The food was absolutely out-of-this-world! We had the jalapeño queso some yucca fries and beef empanadas. We could have stopped there and said it was the best Latin food we've had in Dallas. Then we got the loaded paella... chicken sausage shrimp oh my! Arroz con pollo was incredible! No room for churros- next time! Oh chip's and salsa some of the best we've had! Wow!!!

We put in an uber eats order, so I can't speak to the service or the atmosphere, but the food was inedible. I'm from South Florida, so my standard for Cuban/Latin food is very high. This was horrible. They use the cheapest white rice (think minute in a microwave) with no seasoning whatsoever. The vaca frita had no seasoning, either. They gave me lemons (??) but no limes for anything. I don't even want to talk about the soup, but it was atrocious. Not traditional Cuban chicken soup at all, no potatoes, no noodles, no limes, but they did give me yet another lemon and some jalapeno mush for some reason?
Would 0 stars if I could. Don't eat here if you want traditional Cuban food.
