Our waiter was somehow too distracted to take away a place setting, even though we brought it to the front of the table for him to pick it up easily. He had to cut his trips with us short, not letting us enough time (not like we took forever, but he didn't even offer to ask us for drink orders right away). It felt like we weren't worth the time. Food was probably the best part but, even then, overpriced for what we got. They don't seem to have a tight focus of cuisine, mixing American and Asian options on the menu. I'd not come back until they made changes to service, menu, and prices.

A terrible service experience. The waitress didn't get us water, was very brusque, no smile, no hello, forgot elements of the offer, dumped appetizer, entree etc together. Food was terrible. The wine glasses were stinky with some foul and stale smell. The fish was undercooked although the kitchen took it back. Other than our first waiter, the restaurant manager and other folks in the restaurant were very nice and tried to help. But the waiter that was assigned to us was probably racist or was having a very bad day. But she was painfully brusque.

I was really excited to try their steak and sushi, but the experience was disappointing. The staff wasn't attentive, and it took over an hour for my food to arrive. When it finally did, the dishes were cold. I wanted to love this place, but the service and food quality just didn't measure up.

Just happended to be a busy Weds night at Earl's. Noise level was loud, due to 2large group tables. Truffle fries and Italian Spritz, perfect combo! Pasta did not disappoint, and a huge portion too!

Amazing dinning per usual . Everything was beautiful from the service , to the drinks to our food . Even though our waiter Adam was extremely busy with multiple tables he made sure we were well taken care of and checking on us daily. Thank you Adam !
