Leon was super friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was delicious 🤤 especially the garlic Parmesan fries and the chicken fried chicken. I’d recommend the lavender lemon drop as well. Very delicious.

We were genuinely disappointed by our experience at Ebb & Flow. What should have been a fun and celebratory Father’s Day turned into something frustrating and uncomfortable due to the way the situation was handled by the manager.
One person in our group didn’t have a physical ID and offered a clear photo of it. We completely understood when it was declined. The problem wasn’t the policy—it was how the manager chose to enforce it. We adjusted our order and moved on, but instead of doing the same, the manager remained standing just feet away from our table, watching us the entire time. It was awkward, tense, and felt like we were being surveilled for no reason.
Even after we followed the rules, his presence lingered as if we had done something wrong, when all we were trying to do was enjoy the moment. We believe the manager’s name is Juan, and unfortunately, his attitude and behavior made it very clear that guest comfort was not a priority.
We left feeling unwelcome and disrespected, and it’s an experience we won’t forget—but not in a good way. There are too many other places in this city that know how to treat guests with basic courtesy. We won’t be returning.
Pls note it’s not about the identification policy for serving alcohol, it’s about how we were treated.

Leon Is one of the main reasons we frequent this restaurant. His personable service goes above and beyond. The environment, food, and spirits do not disappoint. This is a must place to try if you haven’t yet. And make sure to ask for Leon’s section for great service and their Old Fashioned, if you like that sort of thing. They are AMAZING!

Had the worst experience here tonight, me and my boyfriend stopped in for dinner and initially everything was good. That’s until he found a a long piece of hair in his drink, he let the bartender know and showed her. She proceeded to snatch the hair out his head and said fine I’ll make you another one. He declined and asked to cancel his meal and requested mines to go, I ordered the Mahi Mahi sandwich with no avocado because I’m allergic but guess what I find on my sandwich when I get home. Will never patronize this place again!!!!

Came to have a drink and then came back to use the Restroom and the bartender and server tried to kick me out? Took me 5 seconds to use the restroom. Server told me it wasn’t a public restroom when I clearly paid and left a tip. Never come to this place, they’ll treat you like trash.
