This place is a bar, and it's got nice fixtures. We were seated in a walkthrough area by the restroom. Menus were dirty. Wait staff were unfamiliar with many drink options. We had two waiters who seemed unclear on who was assigned to our table. Appetizer came out after our food—potstickers. There were best part of meal. I had Memphis strips and fries with Texas toast. Fries incredibly greasy. Other meal was stuffed chicken which was just a chicken breast with sauce and cheese on top. The restrooms featured some unmentionable lack of maintenance as well. Not a happy time. My guess is that this place is great for an after work happy hour; not a good restaurant experience.

We didn't know what to expect but this place was recommended by friends. We assumed upscale but was casual. The food was good but we were surprised that half the menu are sandwiches. Regardless, it was good food and the sandwiches could be the best ever. It's worth checking out.

When we walked in there was a strong smell of chemicals or cleaning supplies. That was not the most appetizing. And the tables needed a little centerpiece to make the place look a little more alive. But other than that, the food was delicious and it was great!

I really liked the location, and the restaurant itself had a cool look inside. We had a reservation for a party of six, and our table was ready when we arrived, which was great. The service was decent at first, but once the restaurant started filling up, things slowed down. There was a large party of about 20 girls on Sunday morning, and it seemed like only two servers were handling everything, which looked pretty overwhelming for them. When we got the checks, we split the tab and everything looked fine, but we noticed an automatic service fee had already been added. It came out to about 20%, which we assumed was the tip. I almost added an additional tip on top of that, but my sister stopped me and asked our server about the fee. The explanation wasn't very clear — she said part of the service fee goes to the house and she only gets about half of it. That's really confusing. If there's already a service fee, it should be clearly explained upfront and transparent about where the money goes. If you're paying with a credit card here, don't add an extra tip — you've already been charged for one.

Ebb & Flow is in a perfect spot for lunch, happy hour, dinner, or a fun weekend outing. Their drink specials look fantastic...though I had to pass during my working lunch. We tried a couple of the sandwiches and homemade chips, and both were delicious! I'll definitely be back to explore more of their menu and those zesty beverages.
We had an absolutely wonderful dinner! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was exceptional and drinks exquisite, -but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the service, hands-down the best! Our waitress was attentive, friendly and she ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic dinner and top-tier service!

Our group of six had terrible service- wrong orders, and ALL OF US were double charged for various amounts. When we contacted the manager, Brian, he was rude and argued that he didn’t see the charges on his end, implicating that we’re lying—even though all six of us clearly have multiple processed transactions on our bank statements. Completely unethical. This place needs to shut down.

My book club chose this location for the aesthetics and theme of the place. While the location is great the food is subpar. Everyone in our group was charged twice. It seems one charge was with tip and one without causing a huge hassle for all of us to get refunded or file disputes with our cards. The manager gaslit me when I called to address this and was horrible. This place would have had a lot of potential with better food and service.
