Ebb & Flow is a hidden gem with real charm. My sister and I came in hoping for a chill vibe and got exactly that—not a large lunch crowd, no chaos, just excellent customer service and a cozy atmosphere. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.

Ate there for breakfast with family. Ordered a breakfast platter which was weak at best. Over med eggs were served over easy, sausage was I think meat. Grits were not very good and cold. I’m all about new places but I can say 1 and done.
