My wife and I chose to celebrate Galentines Day at Eddie V's. We have been to all of the 5-Star Steak houses in DFW and had learned from a friend this was the place for the best steak. We were not disappointed. Our Filet's were exceptional and and cooked perfectly.
However, it was our server, Thomas, (handle bar mustache) who made the evening special. He was attentive to our needs. Always available to assist without being annoying and answering our many questions. The consummate professional.
When we return, we will certainly request his table and we would recommend him to anyone wanting an exceptional dining experience.

Our entire experience was amazing. Our server went through everything as we were first time patrons she was extremely helpful. We were celebrating a birthday and they took extra great care to make it a special night. The food was amazing and overall, it was just a great experience.

We dined in January 10…Had a wonderful experience here from start to finish. We were greeted by the lovely hosts and their sweet smiles! Sofia, was incredibly sweet…she got us checked in and seated almost immediately which made us feel welcomed right away. She walked us over to our table and congratulated my guest for their birthday!! We were seated in a separate room by the entrance, which we loved!!! We had a perfect view of the main dining room, not too loud, we still got to enjoy the live band from afar! Quickly after being sat we were greeted by our server assistant (I believe his name was Anthony, if I’m remembering correctly), who offered us water and brought out bread! Delicious by the way!! He was amazing about keeping our waters refilled at all times and getting plates out of our way!! I will say props to him! Even though the room was pretty full he seemed to be handling it all on his own! Right after, our waitress, Sophie, greeted us!! She was fantastic!!! Very friendly, polite, and attentive. She made sure everything was taken care of and checked in at all the right moments without ever feeling intrusive. The food was absolutely amazing, and you can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. We will be back and will request her!! She was phenomenal!
In addition, the managers Wendy and Steff were very present, which really elevated the experience. The service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent. We felt well taken care of and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! Congrats to the managers for having a very successful team!! Keep doing what you’re doing it is working!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Service was super good. Steak was perfect too! They would prepare nice little decorations on your table if you make a reservation ahead of time and noting what occasion it’s for! The waiters and waitresses were really nice and helpful paying full attention, as soon as I was looking around for about 30 seconds a waiter came up asked what I needed, and I asked him to take some photos. Another waitress also took photos for me and she even waited for me to check if it was good.

Best food I have had in a long while. Each dish was perfection. The Mac and cheese was the star, but only by an inch. The cocktails are a performance and each was incredible. I'm from Louisiana and I am shocked at how fresh the seafood was and the steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our waiter, Cody, was just as good as the food. Knew how the food was prepared, gave great suggestions, and knew when to chat and when to let us eat. Will be making Eddie V's a regular visit for us.

This was my first time eating here, the food was absolutely amazing. We had the ahi tuna tartare which was just incredible. The lobster was very juicy and tender. We then had the scallions which just melted in your mouth and exploded with flavor. The au gratin cheddar potatoes were also fantastic. Pepe assisted us and provided us with a wide array of options and made our experience grand. Ernie was very courteous and assisted us as well. Thank you for a great dining experience!
