If I could eat Eddie vs weekly I would ! Absolutely my favorite restaurant . And it has been for over 13 years !!!The food is always absolutely amazing. The staff is beyond excellent ! The music on the weekends a VIBE .My favorite dish is the Norwegian salmon comes with peas and spinach ( no picture sorry ) the Mac n cheese is a 10/10 highly recommend. Crab cake is delicious! The waitress , customer service is 10 stars! The new location in Frisco is very impressive my 2nd time going . The original location odd off of oaklawn in Dallas is awesome as well of courseThis location in Frisco is beautiful and more intimate . The main location is bigger I believe and more spaced out and offers private rooms . If you go on a date night solo or a group of people either locations you will be satisfied with the food , customer service , and ambiance . Please GO . Tell them Miya sent you

This was our first time to visit this location. Really enjoyed the food and the dining experience. We recently had visited Truluck's. While we liked that experience as well we liked Eddie V's better.

The service again was average. Forgot drinks and slow with water refills. We have been to this Eddie Vs 6-7 times since they have opened in Plano. The first 4-5 times EvERYTHING was phenomenal but the last 2 visits there has been serious decline in service. Love this place and the downtown location as well and hope they get it back on track

I enjoyed my first time experience of visiting this place on a dinner date and birthday celebration with my family!WHAT I LOVED:The things I loved about this place: It looks like an after 5 place inside,... elegant, nice, classy. Also, the complimentary valet parking was a plus. The staff was very kind and helpful! The chef seems to be a people person and actually came out to meet and greet us! My favorite foods were: (for starters) the wedged lettuce BLT salad with blue cheese, (for sides $12-$18 each) Crab fried rice, asparagus, truffled mac and cheese (very cheesy, very unique with crunchy bread-like crumbs)....and (for a main course) oh my goodness the Norwean Salmon dish ($40 served with carrots & spinach & topped with a drizzled glaze)! My favorite drink was the Gold(en) Hour ($7) (I do not drink alcohol so they were able to make this mock-style for me) our waitor added rasberries...a wonderful touch!! The drink had lime and pineapple flavors among others!! ...Ooh!....& that banana whatever it's called with cake that they give to the birthday guests, served with icecream was...YUM... the bomb!!! I would go back to order that right now!!!...The BLUE flames on the birthday dessert plate that didn't burn up anything but RUM was so AMAZING to see!!!... It revealed the words HAPPY BIRTHDAY as it burned! Their lady's restroom was very nice and clean and each stall was very private...very clean...very neat...looked nice...smelled nice! Live jazz band was playing in the restaurant!WHAT I REGRETTED:If I could change anything about this place it would be: to be able to sit and enjoy actually watching the band play without having to go over by the bar! The birthday girl would have loved to see the live jazz band play, but prefers to sit at a table or in a booth instead of at the bar... The waiting while the waitor was busy, it just took too long to see his face again, so when we needed something we just watched and waited for a while, looking for him to come back... He was very sweet though and got us whatever we needed, it just took a while for him to return to the table if we needed something. Also, I didn't realize that we never received the Au grauden potatoes we had ordered until after we got home. Not even sure if it was on the tab. I would have loved to try those. The filet mignon was crispy around the edges, I cannot stand a crispy edged well-done steak... Only a small number of restaurants have mastered this request for a moist and juicy well-done steak both inside and out. I was not 100% satisfied with this one. Once I cut off the edges the inside was good though! The texture of the spinach was perfect for me...just needed more flavor.CONCLUSION:Aside from these things, this was an exciting first time experience for me, mainly due to the many positives that we experienced despite the negatives! And I would love to return to Eddie V's in the future for an even better experience! Food looked good, smelled good, and tasted good for the most part!...and it was served hot as desired! Each side order was shareable among 3-4 people! I would definitely go back!!!(My apologies for the essay hahaha! Hope it helps!)Parking: Valet parking is complimentary!

Came here for happy hour special. They have a good array of dishes. Got the mini fillet sandwiches and the south African lobster. The sliders were great and well priced. The lobster was exactly as described-bites and laughably small. Tasted good but it's so little food for the higher price so I'd recommend skip that. They had a live band playing near the bar, great bar service, and dark steakhouse vibes perfect for celebrating an occasion or date night. Plan on coming back for their full dinner. Highly recommended

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Eddie V's. They didn't disappoint. It was an amazing experience from the time we walked in the doors all the way through dinner, dessert and even talking about how they made it even more special the next day! Thank you for adding to the celebration ?????

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and it exceeded all my expectations. The waitstaff was professional and attentive, the ambiance was lovely, and the food was absolutely superb. My guest and I enjoyed a variety of dishes including Lobster bisque, tuna tartar, Lamb chops, Lobster fried rice, salmon, and a delicious creme Brule, all of which were exceptional and deserving of a 10 out of 10 rating. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to dine there again soon.

Special occasion birthday dinner, party of 4. Our table was big enough for 8 people to fit so we were far away from each other and difficult to hear conversation. Our waiter must have been relatively new, he was not familiar with wines offered by the glass. He was friendly but service timing was off. Drinks took forever. Birthday dessert took long time to come and we never received the champagne that typically come for these occasions. Overall I was disappointed in our experience .

Well, pricey! That we could guess.BUT unlike Capital Grill we did not see the value.Prime seafood but seafood is not the menu. In fact limited standards nothing special.Cocktails intentionally very very small, and pricey. HUGE ice cube, small glass, fruit and two sips. Huh. Please make us a real drink!Filet (yes we went for great seafood) was nice size cooked to a perfect MedR. BUT seer formed a nasty crust on one side that I had to cut off. Rest was nice well seasoned and served hot…but again “nothing special”.Service was very nice but lots of waiting while he ran lots of other dinners needs.Love great food, enjoy upscale places but when bill came we felt let down.

Ohemgee! First the immaculate and professional service from Brad! Thank you for making my husband’s birthday extraordinary! Every recommendation made by Brad was spot on! We had the filet mignon and South African lobster tail with their delicious Mac n cheese, crab fried rice and broccolini! Started with oysters ( both fresh and broiled)! To die for!We highly recommend this place for a special occasion, or any! Thank you for making our first experience definitely, not the last! ❤️❤️❤️
