Einstein Bagels has a friendly team behind the counter the staff are polite and welcoming. That said, service seems to stop at the register. The dining area doesn’t appear to get much attention, with floors that clearly haven’t been swept in some time and tables that could use more upkeep. Coffee stations also go unchecked, so if you’re looking for a fresh refill, you may be left waiting or have to ask. Overall, the bagels are solid and the staff pleasant, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and coffee maintenance takes away from the experience.

I think we're finally done with this Einsteins. 2 people working this morning who couldn't be in less of a hurry with a crowd waiting. We placed our order online, and still waited 15 minutes inside. When our order never came up, we asked the employee who admitted it was missed and had not started making it. Consistently pretty bad experience- would advise finding another bagel shop.

I asked them to cook my meat longer, and the staff asked why. I explained. They were so kind. My bagel sandwich was amazing; I had the maple sausage, egg, and bacon cheese bagel sandwich. The coffee was great. I only treat myself every so often because I love bagels so much. They have the freshest and the best I've ever had!
