Great dining experience! One of my favorite places to grab bagels. Food is quick and the interior is clean. The staff there is great! I’ve had incredible interactions with Gregory. Very kind.

I love the green chile bagels. Also, the worker, Beautiful was really helpful and she’s the one recommended the green chile and so I credit her to my new discovery. Love everything about this place and since my favorite color is yellow, i’m even more delighted with the atmosphere

yoooo i frickin love this place man! they always got the freshest smiles AND the freshest bagels for me. everyone working there is super cool, especially Alaina! I go out of my way to get bagels from here because I just love it so much.
my kids Jeremiegh and Neveah love it too. they always get the blueberry bagels

I've never had a better experience at an Einstein's before! Madeline up front was immensely delightful and made me feel at home as I waited. Excellent service!

These people here are extremely rude and inconsiderate and take no responsibility. No communication at all. They don't acknowledge customers when they come in and they will sit a order on the counter and not tell you it's your order and expect you to know it's yours when these other customers . Terrible customer service! I do door dash and I've had several complaints from here about people not receiving condiments or other items. I go in there today to speak to somebody about it and I don't know who's the manager because I was told this short guy was a manager and then this other lady said she was a manager. But the point is my customers didn't receive their cream cheese and they had ordered about a dozen bagels so when I went in there to let them know that I've had complaints they start saying how customers also like to get free orders because doordash will reimburse them for missing items so basically blaming customers and calling them thieves. Then they try to ask me if maybe they fell out of the box because they said they were on the handles which there was nothing on the handles when I picked them up and also I place it in another bag also. Just a big argument because people's customer service is terrible and then they want to blame everybody else. Extremely terrible and they won't be getting none of my money. Need to treat people better than that and take responsibility.

Two of my friends and I have gone there nearly every Monday since Covid. It’s a great breakfast location, the people are incredible, it’s always clean, and they get you through the line and get your food to you in no time. All of the people are great, but one, Alex, has lasted through several manager changes, comes to our table and says hello, and has helped me make it to important hospital visits as he can somehow tell I’m in a hurry. Great store!!

Ive been to many locations and this is by far the best location and I've ever been to. I always come back because they are consistently AMAZING. The food & coffee is great, but the staff is second to none. Alex is always on point!! Regardless of whether they are slammed or slower, they always greet you and go out of there way to make sure you have what you need. We all have bad days, but tbh you wouldn't be able to tell if they were because they always welcome you with a smile and move efficiently often juggling multiple things. I can't say enough good about this location and of the dozens, this is my go to! Alex is a rockstar and all of the staff are wonderful. Keep up the amazing work yall :)

I love Einstein’s but this location could use some work. This is the closest/most convenient location to me. I order the same thing every time: Ham, Swiss and Egg bagel. Today was the second time that the wrong cheese was put on the sandwich.
The last time I was here, our order was somehow forgotten and we waited 30+ minutes before we figured something was wrong and went to ask about it.
I would say that it’s usually done right, but after multiple issues happening within a short span of time, I’m feeling really frustrated with the service here.

The apple cinnamon bagel is really yummy. I had it plain, no cream cheese.
