Einstein Bros. Bagels

Rotten spinach. All vegetables put in a pile on one side of the sandwich. Limp and old tomato. See through watery old cucumber. Cream cheese smeared on outside of sandwich. Bagel cut huge on one side and paper thin on the other. Also they do not answer the phone.

The customer service sucks, the lady yelled at me for not being “in the proper flow of line”. Startled me!!! It’s my first time to this location and didn’t know!!! She was only helping a customer in front of me and there was actually no one after me!!! I just don’t understand what’s the big deal! Not going back to this location. I would rather drive extra mile.

Solid bakery fare. The fixings have degraded a little over the last 20 years but that’s all food establishments for the most part.
Prices are fair relative to other spots and quality for price is good. Still a top notch tasting bagel

Got the Maplehouse egg sandwich. It was ok. I kept seeing it pop up on facebook and everything. After getting it, it looks like a over hyped bagel, the taste was ok.

The lady who took my order was so rude and embarrassed me in front of the whole restaurant. I will never come back here again. I will be contacting corporate and let them know what happened here this morning.

I love Einsteins Bagels but this location was a little off. The staff was amazing and the store was very clean but the bagels were very flat and not as fluffy as other locations I’ve been. Additionally, the eggs and bacon didn’t taste very fresh. I wasn’t able to finish my bagel but maybe I just went on a bad day.

This is my first time visiting this store and I'm here to buy some bagel, but who wants to come back from this store because I feel this bad about how she(casher) treats me? I hesitated because I didn't understand the accent she was talking to, but I was also in a bad mood, so I ignored her. Casher, she needs to learn to be nice to her guests.Who knew I would feel this bad like today at the store I went to pay for my own money...
