Amazing experience and wonderful staff..
Absolutely trash. So disrespectful place. Not enough works. Angry service.
Never would have known. Open at 5 AM but no OPEN sign. It was 5:30am and the inside was still pretty dark too. I walked in and no one greeted me but there were people. I even had to ask if they were open. They just said yes and turned back around. While ordering, I could see the screen that the employee clicks buttons and all modifications mirrored on my screen - “a glitch” they haven’t cared to fix? Iced coffee handed to me without a straw and wasn’t cold until I stirred my ice and give it a couple shakes. Togo bag with sandwich didn’t have a napkin. Guess I needed to get that myself too. Not impressed. If you want to grow new sales, get an OPEN sign! And then have better Customer service.
What a great place to get bagels and breakfast. Sinply loved it
Hi There. Greetings. This store located at the intersection of Legacy and Independence in Plano, near Kroger is an amazing store.
The associates serve customers with great love. The store is also open so early. The bagels, especially the Asiago Cheese bagel is mouth watering. The coffee too is wonderful. The store is sparkling clean and neatly organized.
Definitely a A+ experience.
Hearty congratulations on fantastic service.
Best wishes for continued success.
This is the ONLY bagel place to go. Kelley, Kash, Alyssa, Lorena, Jennifer and the whole team bring EXCELLENT service, and the food and coffee is always delightful. They take care of you every time! 5 STARS!
Outstanding service, friendly staff, great place for breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and of course great coffee!!!
Bagels are consistently good. Staff are consistently professional and courteous, and provide excellent service. They are obviously doing something right at this store as I see many regular customers in all the years I have been coming here.
Great place to get bagel and coffee.
I love my local Einstein’s! The staff are friendly and the coffee is consistently great. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. My husband and I will often walk there in the morning and visit with the locals.

This store was great, friendly, helpful, and yummy food. I was going to the Custer Road store but the management there was very poor, I am so happy I started going to this store instead.
Bagels are 1/2 the size they used to be at twice the price. Pumpernickel bagel was as dense as a hockey puck. Tom Thumb bagels are half the price and twice the size.
Rotten spinach. All vegetables put in a pile on one side of the sandwich. Limp and old tomato. See through watery old cucumber. Cream cheese smeared on outside of sandwich. Bagel cut huge on one side and paper thin on the other. Also they do not answer the phone.

The customer service sucks, the lady yelled at me for not being “in the proper flow of line”. Startled me!!! It’s my first time to this location and didn’t know!!! She was only helping a customer in front of me and there was actually no one after me!!! I just don’t understand what’s the big deal! Not going back to this location. I would rather drive extra mile.
