This place has similar concept as Chipotle! Friendly staff, decent options and generous portions! Plus, u get chips with every order! This was my first time here and maybe I should have ordered spicy sauce or atleast ask them for it when I realized my meal could use a bit more punch! Giving it 3 stars for food because I got a veggie burrito with queso and their queso was super runny and missed flavor (atleast on the day I visited)! Atmosphere- the carpet is pretty dirty and doesn’t give very inviting vibes but I saw a lot of young students, so maybe they are doing the best they can to keep up with the rush 😊. Would certainly give it another try!

I have been coming here after or during school since the last year. It’s so much better than chipotle its funny. I love how El Queso always is cheaper and tastes better than its predecessor chipotle. I moved away from this location but i wanted to thank the staff for always coming in clutch when i need the fresh food. No better way to finally end the last of the last school with eating el queso.

I had high hopes for El Queso but unfortunately it doesn’t separate itself from any other taco/burrito joint. The food is just ok and the restaurant itself leaves a lot to be desired. The employees were super nice so that’s a plus

Really dirty and filthy restaurant! Carpet and seating reeked of grime and stains. The server putting the rice bowl together was clueless. We asked for browns rice, he gave us white rice. We asked for shrimp, he missed it as well. We ate there hoping we don’t fall sick. The lady was sweeping and mopping floors and came right to handling food. Food was below average and made chipotle food taste like delicacy! Regretted not going to chipotle instead!
