The food here is honestly amazing! I came with my friends, and we tried the gongura chicken biryani, chaat, and paneer biryani—we absolutely loved both the food and the warm hospitality. The food is authentic and has its flavours on spot. Aunty is the sweetest!
On our second visit, we had the paneer tikka masala, methi malai, garlic naan, and paneer kothu parotta. Trust me, this is the best spot to hang out. It’s officially our favorite place to chill with friends from now on! Again, Aunty is really sweet.

I visited Express India yesterday for the first time with my friends and I got to say, I’m gonna keep coming here a lot more often. The food was amazing and fresh, and also more in quantity. The servicing was excellent. The ambience of this place was great as well. They didn’t make us wait so long for the food. Kudos to the chefs for delicious food.

I honestly wonder if the positive reviews are from friends of the owners, as my experience was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend visiting this place. I just want to raise a complaint towrads the food department

There is no 0 star I would have given that. Worst experience. I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the non-veg combo meal. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The food was overly salty and lacked any real flavor. The naan was more like pita bread and disappointing. It felt like they were cutting corners on quality just to make a quick money.I really wouldn’t recommend this place; it’s better to avoid it altogether.

Express India Restaurant saved our birthday party. We had our daughter’s birthday party last weekend Sunday. I ordered food days ahead from another Indian restaurant in Plano, Instead of Sunday they noted date wrong as Monday. When checked they informed, they cannot do anything since date was wrong and they are busy. I was so nervous and tense I called all my family and friends for birthday event. I called 3-4 restaurants no help, found New Indian Restaurant Express India in google search their ratings are good. Called restaurant, Manager took order and he told he will call in 10 mins. He called me to confirm the price and delivered food within 2 hours to our event place, exactly 15mins before our event started. Price was reasonable, Thair Vada (Yogurt Vada) was very good , tray of Samosas , Chicken lollipops finished within few minutes .Biryani taste and spicy levels was exact as we asked them. Good Luck Express India. I would give more catering orders to them. They saved our birthday party by taking instant catering order.

I came here with a friend on a weekday night, and man I was not disappointed!! The place itself was really nice, and the parking wasn’t bad at all. But the service was nice as well! The food was the absolute highlight of this place though! I ordered Masala Dosa,Hyderabid Chicken Dum Biryani, Kottu Parotta ,Chicken 65 with it was so amazing! The food was absolutely delicious and wonderful. Definitely will be back soon!!!
Saw FB ads for free delivery on weekdays, Before logging out for the day ordered food by calling Express India, By the time I reached home, hot dinner was at my door. Food was tasty and hot. Dal Tadka with chapatti was good and tasty. I liked free delivery.

I visited this restaurant and was disappointed with my experience. The food I ordered(dosa, chciken noodles,biryani)was stored food, and the chicken had an unpleasant smell, I’m wondering they didn’t even serve fresh raita and salan raising concerns about freshness and quality. Additionally, when I provided feedback to the lady at the counter, she showed a dismissive attitude and seemed uninterested in listening to our concerns, merely stating that they would remove those items from our bill. customer service, I can’t recommend it

Worst experience ever..we were 3 family and ordered dosa ,idli and veg biryani..None of them was fresh..Rice was uncooked and the lady on the counter showing attitude when we told her feedback..she was not interested to listen and shwoing us that we are taking off these things from your bill..Money does not matter while you are going to eat your favourite food but the quality and service matters..both are not worthy..we will never recommend to this
