Used to be good, not anymore! I ordered what I used to order Akawi pie. When I took it home I see they put 2 little cheese bite, like finger snack. The price is high. Also they give the burned food.
I thought it was only in my head but unfortunately other reviews here are saying the same thing,
The minute I walked in I immediately felt unwelcome right after saying hello in Arabic, never met the gentleman in person nor ever been the store!
No sure if he is having a bad day or what the deal is but I'm leaving you a review so you watch out how you greet customers that support your business!
Now I regret all the orders we got from them through Ubereats
Fadia's offers very good Labanede-style pastries, especially the Meat pie. Light, thin, and very tasty. Recommended.
I had a disturbing racist experience at this spot and also noticed rude customer service toward other customers while dining.
I came in to support this local business but unfortunately left feeling disappointed. While dining with my family, we overheard a conversation nearby by the owner and her friend that included a racially insensitive remark, which made us feel deeply unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, such comments can be hurtful and have no place in any environment, especially one that serves a diverse community.
Additionally, we noticed the older guy (assuming the husband) customer interaction where the tone used by a staff member at the register came off as unnecessarily harsh, which added to the overall negative atmosphere.
Because of these experiences, I can’t recommend this place. I hope the business takes time to reflect on how both language and tone can affect customers and works toward creating a more respectful and inclusive environment.
Nothing beats a freshly baked manouche. It was excellent. Owner was very friendly and very affordable meal.
Mom & Pop Place, Owner Super Nice Explaining what we are eating. Fresh Food for sure. Did a Youtube Review with more details. great place would come again.
My favorite chicken shawarma in DFW to date. The shawarma was made on the spot. I think it’s a husband and wife ownership? The lady there helping me was very friendly. Got some baklava and garlic paste as well. All delicious! I’ll definitely go back.
Stopped in to pick up lunch on the go as we were leaving Plano. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The lady who waited on us made sure to cut our orders in half. Our favorite was the Zaatar wrap, the cucumber, tomato and mint were a refreshingly savory delight perfect for a road trip. The grilled cheese wrap with its crisp pickle and halloumi cheese was perfection. Definitely will stop there
Fadia’s Lebanese Deli & Bakery in Plano is seriously a gem! We tried the Zaatar & Cheese Pie and the Soujuk Pie — both came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The dough is soft but perfectly crisped at the edges, and the cheese is gooey without being greasy. They’ve got a great variety from Shawarma wraps to Fattoush salad, and even baklawa and maamoul for dessert. Everything tastes homemade. Nice staff and a cozy vibe — 10/10 recommend!
Little Mom and Pop shop in a small strip mall. These are the best places when you find them. The food is made with love and it tastes amazing. I recommend the meat pies ( Lahme ) paired with a pomegranate drink. You won't be disappointed.

This brings me back to my childhood. The food is beyond delicious. Fadi’s and her husband are amazing.

The people here are so Rude I don't recommend this place
Avoid this place at all cost!!! I came in and waited for 10 minutes and no one came to help at all. Old grumpy man comes from behind the counter and I greet him nicely. He doesn’t even greet me back just pure disrespect. Then he asks me what I want like I’m bothering him????? I tell him I want to order a cheese pie with some tea. Mind you he’s basically ignoring me half the time and looking away trying to act like I don’t even exist. I have trouble finding a clean table so I just sit next to the window which is just filthy. He brings me the food I thank him repeatedly both times and he doesn’t even respond or look my way. At this point I’m in shock. When I pay the lady at the register has no idea what I even ordered I mean what kind of business are you running. I am a champion of local businesses but not when I receive terrible customer service and microwaved cheese pie. Take your money else where trust me there’s plenty of better options with excellent customer service. The way they treated me and other customers in the store, they frankly don’t deserve to be in business I’m sorry to say.
